I can't say I would ever support any liberal, I just can't support all the Federal programs and giveaways they always call for. But sadly there seems there is going to be a liberal republican in the final presidential bid who is equally as fond of giving away our country. That distresses me. Thus my feeling that no matter who wins, it is just someone we have to endure for a min of 4 years....and pray it isn't 8. *sigh*

A promise is a promise and one to the girls is just too important. As much as I wanted to go to the rally I would have been miserable.
I consider myself to be pretty much a moderate, I support some of the Republican ideals and some Democratic. I have supported and voted for members of both parties as well as independents. I've been a member of both parties but after the past 8 years it will be a long time before I trust a Republican again. Time and history will tell I guess. I do know that I love my country and I hate what has happened to it and just hope for positive change.
