Yes it is a terrible shame.... that their children have to go thru all that turmoil and chaos and they are NOT safe in that house.  Please someone in that community get involved and get those children out of that house into someone elses care.  This is not a simple couple of days that these women are going to get straight and sober.  This is going to be a long rehab for these two and I hope that they take help from Dr. Phil.  But at this point someone should be worried more about these kids than the two adult twin moms.  I truly hope that they do get sober, but until that happens, those kids are the most important people in this whole MESS.  These women are obviously so strung out that they don't even understand or comprehend half of what Dr. Phil has been talking to them about or asking questions of them. 

You can see on the video that these children already have emotional problems from just enduring the emotional chaos and abuse in this home.  Please, again....someone get those kids OUT OF THAT DRUG FILLED HOUSE before one of the adults end up burning down the house or killing them in a car wreck or hurting them in a fit of anger.  What would happen if those children got into those drugs and swallowed them. OH MY GOODNESS.  Kids are curious little creatures.  They aren't stupid, they see where mom and aunt are hiding their drugs.  They see mom and aunt taking those drugs each day.  They'll want to try some too. 

And to the little sister who is getting married. 

Don't take all this personally.  They are drug addicts.  You must get on with your life and it's ok not to have them in your wedding.  Sure it's sad and tragic, but your wedding day is very important for you and you need to have a sober fun day.  Their addiction is not your fault.  Perhaps down the road when they are sober and straight again, you can renew your vows with your husband and they can be involved then.  It is their fault and it's their problem that they have to deal with.  No matter how much you try, only true professionals are going to be able to help them.  As Dr. Phil said, not even the husband that got sent to prison for killing two people was a wake up call to them.  They call it an accident, it wasn't an accident, it was deliberate, that man took those drugs and drove.  It was NO accident that he killed those two people.
