I am sorry for the pain you are in.What touched me the most about your post was when you said little boxes.It is the same way my sister put it.She had the abuse in boxes in head,she started with one boxed and opened it then the next.She knew that each box got worse and worse until she opened the last box,and released what was inside.I remember when she would call me and said I opened another box sometimes with joy that had the co urge to open it and sometimes with sadness with what it held.
I am always amazes how each of us survived.I remembered each detail of the abuse.
I want you to know you are not alone and I understand that great pain.
