Generally the staff wants you to bring a couple different outfits of your own, if you so desire, or wear theirs. That includes shoes, clothes, jewelry,etc. And, yes, you get your hair and makeup done at the studio as well. All you have to do is let them know your size, or sizes, and they will have clothes ready for your arrival. Of course, you leave them there when the show is over....haha!
