What he puts out he will get back double........................... It's about having your ego deflated, abused, run over, walked on, left for dead, until a woman, is so helpless and defeated, that she actually believes what she is told. She needs help, in order to realize, she is not the problem, it is HIM. She needs support, encouragement and the resources to build herself back up into the woman she was before he started anniliating her defenses and sense of self. She needs affirmation from family, friends and professionals.
