I have 2 opinions to this topic.  I actually personally know a sex offender, who was a 18 year old young man that had consensual sex with a 16 year old girl who got preganant.  The girl's father was an important man in the community and he ended getting charged and convicted.  In this case i don't think people should judge him as a sex offender. 

I myself personally would prefer for their own safety they be secluded.  I was molested as a child myself and I know the affects it has on someone.  If my children were to be attacked, molested etc., the sex offender wouldn't live long enough to go on trial.  I don't think it is fair to the community to release those at risk for re-offending. 

I agree, I don't want to now about the teenage boy that had consensual sex with another teenager - I want to know about the perverts who prey on young kids and the rapists.
