Atlast some with some sence in this matter.  I have sent in a reguest to Dr. Phil for the past 4 yrs.

concerning the very issue you explained.  Our newly turned 18 year old had an almost 13 girl that

persissited in being to close.  I am going to post the whole story look for it.  HE was charged as a

sex offender over a petting act.  Most people have NO IDEA what all this means to a non offerner

who is forced to be labeled a "Sex Offender"  Police trickery and State policies are the jury.  If a boy

(18) even sticks his finger into a girl 's (12) ear that would be an offence.  Yes!!! a true offender should

be treated as such.  But how many of us as teens' didn't have a heavy petting experience?  If 12 years

old was like it was in the 60's well.... but now they are 12 going on 20+.  Most are very forward!!!!!!!

I plead again for aid in this matter.  Because of all this it has taking our son 7 year just to get through

college (our own University wouldn't allow him to attend). He is under a contant watchful eye with a PO.

How he has had the where for all to go on at times has amazied us.  This has to change
