First, Kyla is contolled by an attorney, so no matter what she says, the attorney is going to persuade her to go forward to protect others' rights. As for me, that was NOT an apology. That was a canned response for anyone who has had a problem with Southwest. For this incident, and the others like these, the CEO should be there in person to make a statement. This would send a message to all Southwest employees, because he will ensure that he NEVER has to do this again. There would be many seminars at Southwest to ensure this, as "heads would roll" if this happens again.
