Do you have it yourself? ADHD is an umbrella term to describe cognitive problems that can range from light to severly afflicted(or be missed diagnosed as I was when I actually have an brain injury and seizures) Not focusing,multi-tasking,paying attention,memory ,etc are big time problems which employers,other employees won't tolerate. medicine sometimes doesn't help. I don't know how terribly he is afflicted and neither do you so you shouldn''t presume that you do!!!
