What they think is "How many people can be helped by the medication that I'm helping to develop." While I applaud the pharmaceutical companies who are working to make this a better world in which to live the salesmen are a whole different story. They certainly think about 'how much money will this drug make for me?" and how many cruises they will get out of it and kickbacks, etc. They may look respectable but they aren't, at least most of them anyway. I do think that the pharm companies and the government should work together to produce enough anti-viral medication for the next pandemic that is known to be on it's way. It's horrible that no one wants to step up to the plate and take responsibility for this.
