I agree, there's a difference.  But when I see a streaker from afar, I just feel kind of bad for them- like I'm embarrassed for them (even if they're not)...weird, huh?  I just want to give them my jacket so they can keep from violating nudity codes.  It takes a lot of ballz to do that...I kinda wonder if you have to be drunk, high or just incredibly uninhibited.

 

There's a difference, though if youre on private property and you want to go skinny dipping or ride your ATV's in the buff.  I don't know if I got the machismo to bare all in public places, though because of the inconvenience of my incarceration and I don't like being cold.

 

There's also a difference if some flasher selectively exposes himself/herself to people. It's not a matter of being uninhibited,  it's using your body to intentionally offend someone.

You don't seem inconsistent to me. I consider streaking to be a not-always-sexual bid for attention.
Whereas flashing, because it's focused on a man's penis, is sexual.
I've got two somewhat "amusing" stories about flashing incidents I didn't witness.
My nephew told me about a man flashing his teacher during a firld trip. She screamed. And, he threw his ice-cream-on-a-stick at the man, hitting him right in the face. And, when the police were getting a physical description of the man, my nephew told them he had ice cream on his face!
And, at Wal-Mart, shortly before I started working there, a man flashed a girl working in the fabric department. It scared her so badly, she screamed. And, he screams scared him so badly, he ran out of the store, got in his truck, and hit a light post so hard, it knocked the drive-shaft loose from the transmission!
