I do not think that Brandi went to Daniel's house to intentionally run him over...But she got angry and did it!!!...She and her parents are comletely heartless, and unsympathetic to Daniel's family. They were only concerened that the punishment was to harsh...well, what about Daniel's punishment???...Did he deserve that??..

Yes, I believe she is innocent to. Police report wouldn't state all those facts that were in her favor, not Daniels. His family just didn't come across as credible at all. They seemed fake, drama, spitful, and in denial of there own sons actions. I had a friend who lived with a man similar to Daniel and it wasn't a pretty site at all, it took years of abuse, control, and her continuing to go back because of his threats of suicide. Probably stems from problems within family circle originally!
Yes, I feel bad for both, they both will have a lot of grieve to go through for years to come!
