I think the judge should have given here the chair why should a 40 year old man get it for shooting someone bracking into his house and she runs someone over and only get 12 years, her family should have a party and be happy. i am soooo irritated with everyone crying this whole "physically abusive" crap! i was in a physically abusive relationship for not very long because like brandi i ended it. however, there was no way in hell i was gonna go to his house to give him his petty crap, like skates back especially in the middle of the night. she should have had him come to HER home in the day time to retrieve his items. this abuse card eeryone is calling is a freaking joke, not saying it didnt happen just saying its a joke... big KIDS in Adult relationships, run over someone and KILL him and .......OOOPPSS HE WAS MEAN TO ME.....
