Tolerance of the influx of illegal aliens in American life, and defense of their illegality has caused this lenience to the point where people don't even have to register births anymore !
This dilemma of lenience then is extended to American's who abuse the system for the sake of secrecy.
I mean: How can you penalize Americans when you won't even do anything about illegal residence of foriegners?
