Why so bitter?

Quote From: blind_knoledge

I would like to know how many of you know what its like to be raped. Well I do. I was repeatedly raped from the age of 7 until i was 12 by my grand fother on my dad's side. I showed no signs of being abused my grades stayed the same i didn't act out in any way. Why didn't i tell he thretened to kill me even showed me what he what he would do it with. All 3 women in my family have been raped 2 of us repeatedly. So please think before you just say some thing or judge some one.

If you had been molested and that sicko did it to three of your family members and no one spoke up, then don't judge other for a sharp opinion. I was molested as a child by a family member. I never told anyone. He said the same, "I'll Kill YOU!" Guess what, I confronted him years later and he stated it to me again. I told him to go to HE**. I told my parents. They had no idea. He cannot push around a 6 year old any longer, I am 40. He moved abruptly and I haven't seen him since. I did tell him if I found out he had done this to anyone else, I'd turn the Bast+++ in. I should have spoken up many years ago. I was scared. Everyone and I mean everyone should be emotional about this sensative issue. More importantly I am scared for you, because you are judging those that are angry. I should hope you would have gotten help, or at least spoked to someone about this issue. And if you haven't: you should.

I don't understand why the mom of the "boy in trouble" stayed close to her parents for so many years after being physically and sexually abused by her father or why she let her son be alone with him. I can only assume she mentally blocked it out of her head until her son started showing signs of abuse. I don't understand how the grandmother could stand by her husband after what he did to his daughter either. Perhaps now she will be strong enough to get out of the marriage and get help and also to be there for her daughter and grandson. I believe that the grandfather molested his grandson but he probably will never admit to it for fear of going to prison. I wonder if he was ever molested as a child? It will be interesting to see what happens with this family.
