To my knowledge, most of the kids from school shootings were minors. They were charged as adults and are now in prison. Why? Because in the United States, causing the death of another is a CRIME with CONSEQUENCES. Don't tell me that age has anything to do with it. If she were six months older and 18 it would be okay to put her in prison, but because she's missing out on those six crucial months of being a minor she gets off scott free? No.

17 or not...she hit someone with a car...and now he's dead...she has her life...why should she have the chance to enjoy even part of it....she should have to pay for what she did!
