While there are members of Fly Lady who are hoarders, a person with this severity needs professional psychological help and that can't be accomplished with the 15 minutes a day that Fly Lady teaches. As a leader of a local chapter, I have tried on many occasions to help members like this and it has never worked...they're mentally ill, not just "messy". I hope that Dr. Phil can find the professional help for her that she so obviously needs.
