the son had talked about killing himself if she left him so i think he jumped in front of her car trying to kill himself and tried to take her down with him,i feel bad for both families but for one the mother of daniel hasnt been in his life for 5yrs and all of a sudden the other mother is a piss poor mom, i honestly think that she did not purposely run him over,i really believe that she is remorseful it has been almost 4yrs since daniel had died i think its time for the family to get on with there lives,im not saying forget but they have two more kids to tend to and all there worried about is the girl not getting life in prison
