How many minutes of the show were spent listening to Daniel's family?
I don't know the answers to those questions, but those answers need to be considered before making judgements based on what may have been a biased representation of the facts by Dr. Phil and his producers.
Dr. Phil seemed to favour the plight of Brandi and her family. Was it the facts that swayed him, or was it the pretty little girl? Too often, I think women get away with 'murder', literally in this case. Just because Brandi didn't have a criminal or violent past doesn't mean she wasn't capable of murder. Raging hormones and adrenaline can cause us all to do things we know we should not.
Maybe Brandi is truly innocent. I think she was playing her family, and has been playing her family ever since she killed Daniel. At this point, she would say anything to get out of jail. My gut tells me she is exactly where she belongs.
Daniel's family deserves a show where they are on the stage, and they get to tell their side completely. It sounds like Crystal saw the car right after the accident. She would know for sure where it was if she saw it. There are so many unanswered questions. Let us hear Daniel's family's story.
