No one is devaluing anyone's property, except the hoarders who obviously don't care about their neighbors, their pets, their kids, or anyone but themselves.

Yes, I know that you, I mean, they, need help.  How would you propose that we make you get that help? 

i really dont think any doctor would go over and help clean her house nether, dr phils idea was better, that man from GOTJUNK.COM however will go get alot of that stuff out for  her, yeah its a good thing dr phil thinks like he does, that mess will get cleaned up now for sure. and the children will get a good nights sleep breathing fresh air. and have a kitchen table to eat on. i wouldnt worry that my property was being devalued if those people lived next door to me, but i would try to get them to clean up the smell a bit, i cant stand breathing foul air when im grilling out, even onions wont kill a smell like that.
