10/13 Cheerleader Scandal
Quote From: jamiejlsOn behalf of all the ignorant people out there, I apologize to you and your family. Her story doesn't make sense and it changed too many times for me to believe her. First of all, she had no business going 65mph in a residential zone. Second, even if it had been an accident, she shouldn't have drove off. That to me proves her guilt. I am sorry Brandi's family is so selfish and rude. I never heard an apology out of them. And they want to try and bring your mom's past into their daughter's defense because that's all they got. What does your mom have to do with their irresponsible daughter's actions. My heart goes out to you an I hope sooner or later Brandi's family will realize how ridiculous they are. Here is what we know. Everyone seemed to agree on these points. Brandi stole a car, she drove to Daniel in the middle of the night, she sped through the trailer park and she hit and killed Daniel. She drove home, made the car look as if it had been vandalized, and lied to her parents. She said with confidence that she was driving 20 to 30 miles per hour till Dr. Phil called her on it. Then she said she doesn't know has fast she was driving. She said she feels sad for herself and for her family. She pled guilty to manslaughter. The judge sentenced her to 12 years in jail. Now she thinks she's served enough time and she wants to go home. In 9 years her family will welcome her home. Daniel's family don't get that - not even in 20 years. Did she mean to kill him? Who cares? She did! Ask everyone else in jail with her if they feel they've served enough time and want to go home? Chances are all will say yes. Myself, I'm gonna trust the system. Does anyone know what kind of time she was facing? Because 12 years doesn't sound like much for manslaughter.
