Actually, a man can get pregnant, but not naturally.  I took a mariage and family class at school last semester, and my professor has information on this.  What happens is the doctors create an atificial womb in his abdomen and then proceed with in vitro fertilization.  They have only been able to sustain the pregnancy through 5 months, but it is possible.  I don't agree with it, but it is being done, and there are a lot of men willing to do this.

So if a woman gets ovarian cancer, or is otherwise infertile, then "she" is a "he"?  They're not men, they've just lost the ability to reproduce. There's more to sexual identity than whether or not you can reproduce.   Having that physical likeness of their feminity/masculinity serves a psychological purpose of how they think of themselves.

That's why some women get depressed when they have a mastectomy or hysterectomy, there's a psychological component there, and they question "Am I still a woman just because my breasts (or other female part) were removed"?  Are they still women?  Of course.
