To turn around and say that she is innocent is offensive. There are people in prison who are innocent (albeit not many) but they opted to go to trial. If she was innocent she SHOULD HAVE GO TO TRIAL AND LET THE JURY DECIDE!! If they found her guilty but she never conceded she was then she might have a reasonable argument, at the very least as long as she didn't ever admit it she has a right to continue to claim her innocence. Poor little girl behind bars. It sucks that her family only gets to see her once/week. If she were in the grave they could visit her gravesite every day if they wanted to. And her brother using this as an excuse to commit crimes and the family using it as an excuse for Brandi's brother's behavior is SICK and PATHETIC!!
The girl was 17 years old at the time and she believed her lawyer was there to help her out.
By looking at the mother of Daniel and seeing her hatred and uncontrollable rage in eyes id say his abusiveness came from her.
And if he said he was going to commit suicide well what better way to do it then after a break up and by looking at the picture of the broken windshield on the car isnt it kind of ironic that its shattered in the top left corner im sorry theres no way by a person swerving to hit someone is the damage just going to be there in the top corner it would be on the side of the car and hood as he would have rolled up over the hood. I bet he was abusive the twin brother looks like a beater too and the mother does also seems like she was in control over her husband shes wearing the pants.
I bet Daniel thought wow my life is over my gf left me i might as well jump in front of her take my life and take hers.And for all these people that have negative comments towards Brandi she was 17 years old people make mistakes she was still a kid and she was probably terrified i say let her go.
