Dr. Phil has toured to Canada so seems like your living in Canada would not exempt you from his help. Although, lots of us have still never heard a response even in USA. There's more in need of Dr. Phil's help that there are resources.
Fortunately, for the rest of us not chosen to receive Dr. Phil's excellent 100% help and follow through... We have the Dr. Phil Show and appearances and his books. His wife, Robin, and their son, Jay's, books are excellent too.
However, that won't provide you with funds to complete your training. Although, would that he could, help everyone. You might be someone he helps yet in the meantime I'm holding you in my prayers.
