I am Grandma and I do have plenty of friends and places to go. When we moved in together it was a mutual understanding that if things got tense and weren't working out we would re-evaluate our situation and move from there. It was getting pretty uncomfortable for Rebecca and me because we were butting heads about food and such, but with Dr. Phil's advice, we have resolved a lot of those issues. The moving idea was not initiated because of my weight, but because of our conflict over how we were dealing with it. I was a bit surprised when she said that, but when I took a step back and really looked at the situation, I agreed it was time. But since we have addressed what was going on and have openly discussed everything, all is well. We are all eating healthily and exercising and helping one another as much as we can. My eating issues are deepseated and I am working on them. Loneliness and boredom certainly are contributing factors. I am determined to get the weight off and keep it off this time. I am the one who has to deal with this and want it, not anyone else. I WILL do it!
