Sometimes the only way you can guarantee that our judicial system, while the best in the world yet still flawed and guided by politics, will not lock you up for 50 years is to accept a plea.bargain.  I would do anything to turn back time and accept the plea bargain I was offered.  A deal of 120 days or 12 years is better than having a trial that isn't based on TRUTH but on what is ADMISSABLE and being condemned to life in prison for a crime you DID NOT COMMIT.   

I know from experience.
