I hope you have found someone by now, since it has been since june that you posted a request for a buddy.  I hate doing it by myself and i hope it's not too late for me. I have gained and lost weight for 40 decades. I don't want to die early.  Email  me if you want to work with Dr. Phil's methods and me help you and you help me.

I am worried also but I have been looking for someone to help me with this challenge that I have most of my life.  Would you like to help me lick this challenge?  I would like to help you!!!  If so then contact me maybe we can start by walking and take it from there?
