         Denise, you WONT be going anywhere until YOU see a judge! They could hospitalize you until your court date BUT they cannot force you to move until you get your day in court! If you really believe that day is coming YOU NEED to get busy writing and talking to your family!  What do they think about you being forced to move? If they are against it then get letters from them saying so! COPY them! Give the originals to your court appointed attorney to show to the judge. KEEP the copies with you! If YOUR attorney does not show the judge the original show him or her the copies! I didn't fight my commitment because MY attorney told me my parents were in the hall waiting to testify against me! After wards I called home to leave a message for them because they wouldn't have had time to get home from the courthouse. MY MOTHER ANSWERED THE PHONE! I asked to speak to dad and she told me he was at WORK! My son was home so I talked to him. I asked where grandpa was and my six year old told me he was at work! When they found out that my attorney lied to me they were furious! Their hearts were broken because I would believe they would ever testify against me!

        Here's the lists you should start working on!!!!!!!!   1. What your case workers do right.    2.  What problems you have with your case workers!!! EXAMPLES, Not returning calls in timely manner. Keeping you waiting too long for appointments. Not returning when they say they will.  3.  What YOU think they could do better to help YOU! EXAMPLE   When you call your caseworker you would like to have a call back within 30 minutes, even if it's from the secretary telling you they are not going to be able to get back to you! That way you wont be sitting next to the phone waiting for a call that isn't coming! Then YOU can take action to help yourself like go for a walk or call a friend!

      So think positive and FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS! After all YOU ROCK!!!
