Yeah...I guess I am...as things have already started again.
Yesterday was a 'bad' day and I am still paying for it today...have had to stay close to the bathroom so to speak.....
I do have a re-referral to a CPN this thursday, how much good it will do is debateable as I find myself again caught between knowing I have to get help and not wanting to go at all...........!
.......decisions....decisions.........my brain is so tired of it all !
