And let them know how IMPORTANT it is you get time on a computer for your "support group." (That's us!!!) There's research on how vital places like this can be in a struggling person's life. This is an online safety net.
I think this is the first time I've posted to you, but certainly "the world is always better" when I see you're safe and posting here.
Stay strong (not defeated) on the inside when you're in the room with them. Make a list of what YOU want. Make it sweet, short, and very clear----they are NOT to abandon YOU!!! (Make them initial it?)
