Mrs. Ogletree's lawyer advised her not to take the test, and I think he was wise to do so. She is in a legal battle. Even if she was innocent, it would not be in her best interests to submit to another test when she has already passed one. It just isn't smart.
On the other hand, I do agree that there's quite a bit awry in this situation. She acted very unwisely.
