A long time ago, Dr. Phil had a woman on his show who had a lot of very good ideas and asked her who she felt people would listen to more. My Realtor is back from vacation!!! He said he spoke with the loan agent and he was under the impression we were shooting for a June 20th closing date! He got worried when the Realtor told him it was suppose to be by the 15th! Considering the 15th is on a Sunday and no bank will be open on Sunday! He was just as relieved as I was to know the sellers don't have a problem with the delay. So I guess moving day will be coming very soon! Guess your cyber ESP isn't that far off!!!
QUESTION: Can you successfully paint over veneer? The cart I so eagerly bought at Good Will to put my Microwave on is mostly veneer! I was hoping to paint it but I don't want to waste my time if it's going to make it look worse.
