If it were in my power I would send you the rain we are getting.If only they could come up with a way of transporting unwanted precipitation to areas that need it! So much for dreaming.
We were talking about that today, how we could use some of the rain coming down back there. Don't look like that is going to happen. Our temps are going to be in the low 100's and upper 90's for a few more days and then they will drop back down into the 80's. They have brought in firefighters from all over the state to fight this fire. I was out to dinner tonight and some of the firefighters came in and I went over and shook their hands and thanked them for coming to help us.
So glad to hear that the new house is getting close. You've waited long enough and I pray that all goes well and you're in a happen before the end of the month.
