  I live in King, NC. I wish I could say I had only a few pounds to lose, but unfortunately I don't. I haven't gotten Dr. Phil's book and I wonder if it is really that helpful. I am 57 and I have been fat all my life and have never been able to lose except while I was pregnant. I am disabled and cannot work. I have to use a walker and wheelchair, so exercise is almost impossible. My daughter is also overweight and I am trying to get her to lose some weight. I am not able to go out without my family going with me, so I am home alone a lot. I will support anyone anyway I can because I know what it is to be in this situation.
