08/19 Tired of Being a Mom
Quote From: heaven04 i am a mother of 2 handicapped boys one is 27 now and he still lives with me and the other passed away when he was 21. i do not know where that mother was coming from because it was always me doing god's work every day. i have learned more from being there mother than i would have ever learned if they would have been ok. it is not easy sometimes but i have lots of patience and she did not. i hope they do put alex somewhere he can be taught and they can work with her to learn how to work with him. Patiences is something Alex needs, he does not need to be dragged and and pulled on to get him place to place, He needs someone to be consistenced with him, to teach him and to bring out his best. It's a shame that the Doc seen more ability in this child then his own mother did, and the years that have been wasted and nothing taught is a shame, where could of he been if mom and dad worked more with his verbal and social skills instead of picking him up or dragging him????
