What I meant to say was this shows Stephanie is lying when she states (quite obnoxiously I might add) that Brandi and Daniel were not engaged. Unless, she did not know - but after all this time I don't think that's at all possible. Face it, none of those kids were ready for adult relationships - they were teenagers in love with the idea of being in love. I think that's what the show was supposed to be about... making what are in hindsight obviously bad decisions that have lifelong consequences.
