Rachel from the show

Quote From: prestype

OMG, Paul Mooney!!!  That man HATES white people.  You can just see it on his face.  He is the most bigoted man I have ever seen.   I am surprised that he gave Dr. Phil the respect to come on the show!!!  It seems to me that any black comedian can say "cracker", "white devil" or any other slur, but if someone white says the N-word or any other thing, they wind up apologizing to Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton.  Speaking of Al Sharpton, during the Tawana Brawley fiasco, (I'm sure many New Yorkers remember that) I was in Downtown Brooklyn on Jury Duty walking around Court Street at lunchtime.  Down the block comes the Rev. Al Sharpton.  (Alton Maddox's office was on Court Street).  Well, the Rev. Sharpton had on the most beautiful blue pin stripped suit and he looked very handsome in it.  I walked by him and said "Rev. Al, beautiful suit".  This man looked at me as if he wanted me dead.  I knew it was because I was white.  He didn't want to know anything from me because I was white, but I only wanted to compliment him.  It reminded me of how Malcolm X treated white people that only wanted to help his cause.  I laughed that day and I laugh now at how he tries to make it look like he is a good guy.  Another thing, about Barack Obama, where is his WHITE mother.  She is never around.  Unless she is dead, I think that he should have her with him because you know this whole thing is going to become a racial card and if mom shows up, this wil be avoided.  And the N-word, to me it means ignorant and believe me, I know a lot of N white people.  If you are genuinely a good person, color doesn't matter, but please don't be a phony.  If you don't like white people just because they are white, say so.  Don't tell me about your ancestors being slaves.  My people didn't come to this country until the early 1900's from Naples, Italy.  They were too poor to eat, let alone have a slave.  Just remember, if you are going to give it out, your going to get it back.
I love this person

I see your point but it is not exactly true. Some people who have been exposed to racisit people have a somewhat tender spot towards people of that race.  My grandmother who was heavily exposed to racism is not racist but she remebers how it was but is leary towards white people cause she remebers it.  There are ignorant people of all races.  For someone to use racist statements towards another race is ignorant. But what we(as people) should do is try to take the high road.

I am not racist but I dislike those who think that they are better than you because they a certain color.  Now does that make me a racist because I I dislike thoses type of people? I have a friend who is white, and he keeps wondering why I feel uncomforable with the "N" word.  I told him that it is a negative word that came from and used racist.

Now to you feel towards the black figures that you mentioned.  They have taken a lead against racism and because of that a lot of (racist) come at them from various angles.  And sometimes you can keep your gaurd up so much that you may not realize that you are doing so.  Exp:  You me be in a crime infested area.  Someone approaches you for directions, and you offer them to help them but you watch them because you are not sure it is a setup.  Now you are not calling them a criminal, but you have your guard up because you are surrounded by them. And you shouldn't be considered on because because you took that stance.

I hope that i cleared it up for you some

Barack Obama's mother is indeed deceased. I can't remember exactly when but she has been for some years now.

Obama's mother is dead!! I think she died from cancer. I think his grandparents are still living. They are probably to old to do much travling. As for the good Rev. Al Sharpton, he is full of it. I remember the Tawana

Brawley mess. He jumped @ the chance to defend her against the white men. He didn't even do enough research to know she was lying and didn't care. They put those men and their families through hell!!! There is nothing wrong w/standing up for something, but know the facts!!

Barak Obama's mother died of cancer some years ago.  It is very public and well reported information.
