there aren't a lot of us in Montana on this site but maybe more will come. I am looking to lose about 35 lbs or so. I am becoming insulin resistant so now is the time.
Northeastern Montana here. Anyone out there? I have a LOT of weight to lose. Have even been considering the lap-band surgery. Its definitely the last resort, but, under consideration if I can't take it off the old-fashioned way. I've never had a weight loss buddy, but I would sure be willing to give it my best shot at being one.
