not many f us here in Montana looking to lose weight.  I would like to lose about 35 lbs or so.  I am becoming insulin resistant so need to do it now.

Hi,

 

Northeastern Montana here.  Anyone out there?  I have a LOT of weight to lose.  Have even been considering the lap-band surgery.  Its definitely the last resort, but, under consideration if I can't take it off the old-fashioned way.  I've never had a weight loss buddy, but I would sure be willing to give it my best shot at being one.

Weightloss buddies

I, too, have been looking for a weight loss buddy.  I'm from Dillon.  There does seem to be a few of us here in MT, maybe, we could work together.

Losing it in Kalispell, Montana

Would love to have someone to walk with in KALISPELL, Montana!  I live in the part of Kalispell known as EVERGREEN.  If you want a walking buddy, let's talk.  I'm a slow beginner, though.  Maybe we could start with "strolling" and work up to walking!   =0)

I am looking for a weight loss buddy in my town. Someone who is willing to exercise & walk with me. I am looking to lose about 60 to 70 pounds. I live in Great Falls, Mt.
