This is Rob Nickel the Guest on the show who did the Undercover work and I encourage any parent to watch this show to see just how predator's and pedophile think and act.  It is a real eye opener, and I want to thank Dr. Phil for having such a show to help show parents the dangers that lurk online.  

  

I appreciate that Dr. Phil cares about these issues and I was so impressed with his staff.  I cannot say enough good things about the producers and other staff that work on the Dr. Phil show... Thank you so much.

Well wow I thought MY Dr. Phil show was pretty bad- Ken and I have nothing on this. These idiots are out there preying on young children. How sick is that? These people are soo gone its not even a laughing matter. Possibly even beyond help. They seek out the young and innocent to be the victims of what they take horrific pleasure in.  

  

When someone is at the point where they are so damaged that they are in turn not just damaging others around them but actually seeking out victims they don't even know, who are young and have absolutely no fault in this world at all... there isn't much left you can do for these people.  

  

Therapy could help, but it would take YEARS. DECADES even. These guys BELONG behind bars. FOR GOOD. They do nothing but hinder society and scare the crap out of their surrounding environment. Take 'em DOWN Dr. Phil!!!! 

 Obviously I have not seen the show yet.   I give you great praise for being able to do this and not lose your control to these people..   Like Dr. Phil asked how do you look at them and not knock his teeth out ?

We have a level 3 sex offender just a stones throw away, just 2 blocks down from an elementary school, would a rehabilitation for alcohol and drugs just dropp a knewly clean addict above a liquor store and not expect the temptation.?  Why take the chances on school age children. 

This perps records include rape of a 13 yr old, and another time to a 14 year old, to me he has not served enough time for the first let alone both of them....

What really got to me, was how they are so enforcing the rights that he live privately and we could tell no one outside the family or who was not in the direct care of my child.  Well let me tell you I have a "big" family and lots of "caregivers".

It just sickens me to know that he is out there and pray and hope he does not strike again..

Would anyone happen to know if all sex offenders in this catagory reoffend ?

My husband and I have had a computer in the house now for many years and long before most knew what chatting was we'd been introduced to it through an online game of checkers that you could talk on while you played with other people (strangers).  We had 3 kids at the time and my 2 older twin sons were around 12 and we'd warned them about people trying to get their passwords for their accounts so they could use them.  This at the time was the biggest problem because we were all still being charged by the hour by the providers "Prodigy" and "AOL' and so the theft of someones account meant they'd run up your charges and be able to stay online as long as they wanted.  Anyway our computer was right here in the family room and at the time not everyone even had computers in the house.  One Sat. morning my youngest who was about 8 at the time was playing checkers and says to my husband "Dad what's my online name"  He was playing on my husbands account at the time and so my husband had told him & my son says "No, the person I'm playing with said that's not it and what is it I use to sign on with".  Here my husband was in ear shot of my kid and he was being tricked into giving out a password.  So I guess this person starts to get pissed because my son wouldn't give out the password.  At the time Prodigy & like AOL now had TOS rule and you could get thrown off for something like that & this person did. I realized at the time that putting a computer in my kids room is just looking for trouble and when they got older I knew that it was getting worse as the technology got better.   While they were still young say up to 14 I did keep an eye over their shoulder while they were on the computer here in the family room  and after that I gave them a little more room so that I wasn't actually over their shoulder *reading* any longer.  I never allowed them to have a computer in their rooms though until they were college age & had to have 1 for school.   

  

My twins are now 22 yrs. old and when they were born the movie "Adam" had just come out.  As the years went on and there was talk of abuse & child preditors all around us and us being unable to recognize them (no Megans law yet) it became clear we needed to educate our kids.  I remember watching John Walsh speak about how we all needed to continually talk to our kids and people were upset thinking it was just going to scare them & John Walsh's response was "I wish I had scared Adam because they should be affraid of these monsters and he also would have known he was allowed to not just obey an adult and leave with him. I would have told him to throw a fit right there and make a scene so people would hear he was being taken by a stranger."   I never forgot these words and living in a rural area we always feel safe here but as the years went on and pedophiles were being found to be cub scout leaders, sport coaches, school personnel etc. it was clear even here we're not safe.  There are kids that are grabbed while on vacation right from the hall of a hotel because we're all so unsuspecting.  There may be  a time that someone may have access to your kid when you might not be there and that could be in person as easily as it is online.   These preditors set up in an area that's ripe and they wait!  While it's scary to us and the kids we have to really talk about it and make them understand there are people out there that will hurt them and we have to tell them what means are being used to get to them and the things they do to trick them too.  Again over the years as we kept up on the latest "lines used" and would relay them to the kids "they're going to tell you they lost their dog. It's a trick.  Don't go helping an adult."  the sickos would just change the lines and they'd get better.  It was to the point eventually that kids had to be told not to go with *ANYONE* that did not have the family "password" and we had to make one because they'd grab a kid telling them they're parent was in the hospital ill and they'd been sent to get the kid.  I've had teachers send home directions to the kids at the start of the school year to"Mark your books clearly with your name, grade etc."  and I'd send her a note back tell her how dangerous it is to have all these kids with their names on the outside of these books.  You cannot put a kids name on anything that is publicly visible because these wacko's see they're name & call them by name telling them they know them "You don't remember me I'm you mom's friend bob we met a while ago."  We always have to be on guard for these sick jerks.  It is a VERY scary world we live in and it's sick that we have to try to figure out what thes maniacs are going to use next!   This is our only defense though because as we think our kids are safe with us "watching them" or limiting them they still are not.  I heard tonight that because of all that's going on with "myspace" and the preditors online that one family had gone on to see that her older daughter wasn't in to much etc and her preschooler had through her class been invited to participate in a room setup for the class (this was ligit and a project of sorts), but there in this room set up for 4 yr. olds to converse with each other & teachers was a pedophile pretending to be a 4 yr. old?   I heard this story through my husband and don't know what details are right etc. but I wouldn't doubt this.   It's very scary these day and I'm so happy that I'd gotten mine to be young adults without having to have delt with any of this.   

I believe they said it was suffic county that had a neighborhood where in a 3 block radius there were house upon house (rentals) that had more than 1 pedophile in each and almost all were leve 3 sex offender.  This was a very residental area with a school not too far and NONE of the neighbors knew how many or exactly what houses.  Of course that wasuntil the producers of that program showed up & it was a 20/20 or 48 hours new program.  I believe it was with that Stone Phillips.  Anyway 1 mother said she knew there was a sex offender in the neighborhood but she didn't know which house he was in and she just does not ever take her eyes off her kid *EVER* because she's so afraid.  Low & behold the perve is right across the street & then there's more in the house next door to that & 2 doors down & the next block over there's 2 more house (with 2 to 3 men in each house).  Apparently the bus was dropping these kids off in the driveway of one of these house where the pervs had raped a 3 & 8 yr. for one & the other I think a 14 yr. old.    Then the interviewer goes to a probation officer and askes just what kind of risk this is for these kids and she says "It's HUGE.  If it isn't bad enough that they're likely to offend again the probation dept is short handed and the paroll officers spend their days filling out paperwork and so no one is even able to check on them and these guys are real smart & know when we're not checking on them".   Because of the media that had decended on this community and probation dept. they'd decided to do a rade & sure as expected 1 guy was found with a bottle of hard liquor and the house next 2 different guys had child porn they were watching on vhs tapes.   

  

I just do not understand what in the hell the people in charge of these decisions are thinking.  Like you'd said we wouldn't hand a bottle of beer to an alcoholic and yet they have level 3 pedophiles in a house where the school bus drops off a huge group of kids?!   And you think they would have at least contacted the school to change a bus route?  It's just mind boggling & if we made these kinds of irresponsible decisions/mistakes at work we'd all be fired.    

What I like, though is this guy is doing it the way pedophiles have done for yrs. I am happy to see that he's beating these idiots at their own game. My Space.com does not seem to be safe as they can get information on these kids. Too bad the kids can't have a safe website to discuss their issues and concerns. Sometimes they need someone to talk to when they are afraid to talk to their parents. I would have liked to have someone to talk to about bullying and school issues. My Dad just said just ignore them. It's hard when they follow you, humiliate you, and even throw gum in your hair. I went to Glenbard North in Carol Stream, Il in the late '80's. Though it was predominently white, those kids were the meanest, snottiest kids I've seen in my entire life. It was all because my brother and I were the "have nots". Well we were being raised by our single dad who worked 16 hr days to support us and give us a nice home. The school nurse even falsely reported Dad on numerous occasions to DCFS for sex abuse. He never touch us!!

It is one thing to have freedom of choice and it is another to abuse such a privilege.  Internet has the power to improve communications as well as provide efficiency to manage our lives and schedules, whilst at the same time, others are planning malice crimes to entice their victims such as "PEDOPHILES & SEXUAL PREDATORS".


I'm sure that even if there was no internet, these sicklings would find other means to exploit their sexual needs and fantasies.  Perhaps, they should be carted off to a desertedIslandsomewhere in Antartica where they will not be able to do anything, other than shiver and freeze.  This will certainly kill their desires to fulfill their sexual fantasies.


Honestly, lets get real, these persons too are very ill and sick who also need psychiatric treatment or counselling to deal with their illnesses.  It would be interesting to read a book about the psychology of these individuals and how they became "PEDOPHILES & SEXUAL PREDATORS".  Obviously, like drug addicts, the behaviour of these individuals may also be a form of addiction that they have engaged in for years with the thinking that their feelings were normal or acceptable when it isn't according to the individuals that they target and the situations that they engaged in such activities.


These are my own presumptions based on my own intuition.  What if these individuals found not only pleasure in such activities but a feeling of relief or relaxation?  This is just an example in purporting for example smokers who smoke for relaxation.  Obviously, these individuals senses are stimulated when they are observe children (object of their fantasy or pleasurable excitement).

I think that Society is to be blamed for the provocation of these individuals sexual fantasies and distortions with their sexuality because of the availability and distribution of "PORNOGRAPHY" OR "CHILD PORNOGRAPHY" in video stores or where they are sold for public use.  INTERNET IS A GOOD EXAMPLE WHERE PORNOGRAPHY IS AVAILABLE AT ANYTIME.


WE HUMANS TEND TO THINK IN PICTURES OR SYMBOLS.  "SELLING PORNOGRAPHY IN THE FORM OF VIDEOS OR DVDS CAN BECOME QUITE DANGEROUS AND HARMFUL".  THERE IS A FINE LINE BETWEEN FANTASY AND REALITY.  SOMETIMES, HUMANS ARE NEVER SATISFIED WITH FULFILLING THEIR FANTASIES THAT EVENTUALLY THEY WILL ACT THEM OUT.  WHAT WAS ONCE A FANTASY HAS NOW BECOME SOMETHING IN REALITY.


I AM VERY AWARE OF A SEXUAL PREDATOR WHO IS I BELIEVE IS STILL A STUDENT AT A UNIVERSITY THAT I ONCE ATTENDED AS A STUDENT.  THIS INDIVIDUAL IS A PRONE SEXUAL PREDATOR WHOM I HAD THE UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE IN COMING IN CONTACT WITH.  THE CHARACTERISTICS THAT MAKE THIS SEXUAL PREDATOR IRRESTIBLE TO WOMEN AS HE BOASTED ABOUT IT ARE AS FOLLOWS:


    * PHYSIQUE IS ALMOST LIKE ARNOLD SCHWARZNEGGER

    * VERY RESERVED AS THOUGH WELL MANNERED;

    * SOFT-SPOKEN AND SPEAKS INTELLIGENTLY;

    * LOVES TO CHAT UP WOMEN OR ANY FEMALES THAT FANCIES HIS SEXUAL DESIRES OR FANTASIES THAT MIGHT MAKE HIM THE CENTRE OF ATTENTION;

    * APPEARS CHARMING AND VERY INTUITIVE AND SAYS ALL THE RIGHT THINGS TO ENTICE WOMEN INTO HIS SENSE OF HUMOUR OR HOW INTELLIGENT HE SOUNDS;

    * LOVES TO TALK TO ANY WOMEN WHO SEEMS TO BE DOING SOME FANTASTIC POSTGRADUATE STUDIES AT UNIVERSITY;

    * HE IS PROBABLY WHAT SOME MAY REFER TO AS A "LADY'S MAN";

    * OH HOW  WRONG THEY WILL SOON FIND OUT!  HE MAY BE A "LADY'S MAN" BUT FULL OF ARROGANCE AND JEALOUSY

    * THIS MAN ONLY SEES WOMEN FOR ONE THING AND THAT IS "SEX";

    * THAT IS WHAT A SEXUAL PREDATOR ONLY SEES WHEN HE OR SHE OBSERVES OTHERS;

    * THEY HAVE NO REMORSE OR SYMPATHY IF YOU SHOULD BECOME THEIR CONQUEST OR VICTIM TO EXPLOIT AND FULFILL THEIR SEXUAL FANTASIES;

    * A SEXUAL PREDATOR WILL NEVER BE FAITHFUL TO HIS OR HER WIFE OR HUSBAND;

    * THIS IS SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO INTELLIGENT AND THEY HAVE AN ANSWER FOR EVERYTHING EVEN FOR THEIR SICK DESIRES;

    * ONCE THEY OPEN UP TO YOU, YOU WILL NOTICE THAT THEIR COMMENTS AND WHAT THEY SAY, WILL INDICATE TO YOU THAT SEX IS THE ONLY THING THAT IS ON THEIR MINDS AND THUS THEY ARE SEXUAL PREDATORS;

    * A SEXUAL PREDATOR IS VERY CUNNING AND SMART AT CAMOUFLAGING THEIR SEXUAL DESIRES AND FANTASIES;

    * THIS MAN OFTEN MADE FUN OF WOMEN SEXUALLY AND WAS CONSTANTLY TALKING ABOUT SEX WITH HIS MANY OTHER CONQUESTS AND EVEN BOAST ABOUT IT;

    * THAT IS A THE MIND OF A SEXUAL PREDATOR, HE OR SHE IS CONSTANTLY LOOKING FOR NEW CONQUESTS TO FULFILL HIS OR HER SEXUAL FANTASIES OR SEXUAL APPETITE;

    * THEY MAY EVEN HAVE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS OR SPOTS IN PUBLIC PLACES WHERE THEY WILL LURE THEIR BAIT OR TAKE THEIR CONQUESTS TO;

    * THE PLACES THEY WILL TAKE YOU TO ARE USUALLY VERY SECLUDED AND REMOTE WHERE THERE IS HARDLY ANYONE AROUND DURING THOSE TIMES;

    * THIS SEXUAL PREDATOR HAD A VERY SPECIAL SPOT OR DEN, THAT WAS LECTURE THEATRES AT THE UNIVERSITY, PUBLIC PARKS, NEAR SEASIDES, CINEMAS (NEAR THE BACK ROWS OR WHERE YOU WILL BE HIDDEN FROM OTHERS VIEW) AND OF COURSE HE WONDERFUL BLUE CAR;

    * THIS IS HOW DESPERATE THIS SEXUAL PREDATOR WAS, HE ONCE BOASTED ABOUT HAVING SEX WITH ANOTHER WOMAN IN BROAD DAYLIGHT UNDER BUSHES IN A PUBLIC PARK ;

    * NOW, YOU SEE, THAT IS A SEXUAL PREDATOR, HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT WHERE HE HAS SEX, HE IS ALMOST LIKE AN ANIMAL, WHO WILL HAVE SEX ANYWHERE EVEN IF HE WAS ON ICE;

    * PEOPLE KNOW THAT HAVING SEX IN A PUBLIC PARK UNDER THE BUSHES OR IN THE BUSHES IS THE MOST ABSURD AND UNCOMFORTABLE IDEA;

    * WHAT IS SICKENING ABOUT THIS SEXUAL PREDATOR IS THE NUMBER OF WOMEN HE HAS TAKEN IN THAT BLUE CAR OR THE SAME CAR.;

    * THIS SICK SEXUAL PREDATOR ONCE BOASTED ABOUT HAVING SEX WITH A 16 YEAR OLD OR A YOUNG GIRL I THINK AT A COMMUNITY CENTRE WHERE HE WAS I SUPPOSEDLY A TEACHER OR STAFF AT;

    * I CAN ONLY FEAR FOR THE LIVES OF ALL THOSE INNOCENT WOMEN STUDYING WHILST THIS SEXUAL PREDATOR IS PROWLING AROUND PLANNING HIS NEXT MOVE OR NEXT CONQUEST TO EXPLOIT AND SPOIL;

    * SOMETIMES, SEXUAL PREDATORS ARE MARRIED TO PARTNERS WHO SUPPORT HIS OR HER BEHAVIOUR AND INFIDELITY OUTSIDE THEIR MARRIAGES;

    * OFTEN THEIR PARTNERS WILL PRETEND THAT THEIR HUSBANDS OR WIFES OR NOT ENGAGING IN UNLAWFUL SEXUAL CONNECTIONS OR HAVING SEX WITH OTHER PEOPLE;

    * THIS SEXUAL PREDATOR WAS A COWARD AND ALWAYS WILL BE A COWARD BECAUSE OF HIS FAILER TO BE A MAN AND ADMIT THAT WHAT HE IS DOING TO OTHER WOMEN IS WRONG AND MORALLY UNACCEPTABLE;

    * IT IS IMPORTANT THAT EVERYONE KEEP AN OPEN MIND, THAT, PEDOPHILES AND SEXUAL PREDATORS COULD VERY WELL BE PEOPLE WE AFFILIATE WITH AND LIVE NEXT TO;

    * SOMETIMES, SOME PEOPLE JUST KNOW BY THEIR INTUITION OR SIXTH SENSES, THAT A PEDOPHILE OR SEXUAL PREDATOR IS AMONG THEM OR IN THEIR PRESENCE;

    * SOMETIMES, CHILDREN, CAN SENSE PEDOPHILES AND SEXUAL PREDATORS EASILY THAN ADULTS IN MOST CASES;

    * CHILDREN CAN SENSE EVIL AND SOMETHING UNNATURAL ABOUT ADULTS OR OTHER CHILDREN;

    * SO PLEASE KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON YOUR CHILDREN, TEENAGES, EVEN ADULTS AND LISTEN WHEN THEY TELL YOU SOME STRANGE SIGHTINGS OR HAPPENINGS AT SCHOOL, AT HOME, AT A FRIEND'S PLACE, AT A RELATIVE'S PLACE, AT A GRANDPARENTS PLACE OR AT A PUBLIC FACILITY;

    * USUALLY THE UNSUSPECTED EVENTS OR ENCOUNTERS WITH PEOPLE WE KNOW, ACTUALLY IS AN INVITATION FOR A PEDOPHILE OR SEXUAL PREDATOR TO FIND THEIR WAY TO EXPLOITING THOSE WE LOVE;


I would imagine that these sexual predators are individuals who may have been sexually abused and molested as children, teenages or adults.  Incest could be another factor that could have triggered these individuals' sexual appetite or fantasies to be extremely abnormal.


WOULD BE NICE TO ALSO HAVE A SPECIAL CHIP MADE FOR PEDOPHILES OR SEXUAL PREDATORS IN ORDER FOR THE POLICE TO KEEP TABS OF THEIR MOVEMENTS.  THIS MAY SOUND CRUEL.  BUT, SINCE OUR COMPUTER AGE IS ADVANCING TO NEW HEIGHTS, WHY NOT MAKE SUCH A DEVICE AVAILABLE FOR THESE INDIVIDUALS TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF ALL OUR CITIZENS IN SOCIETY TODAY, THIS SHOULD BE ENFORCED FOR EXTREME CASES.


THERE IS ALWAYS THE ALTERNATIVE, WHICH IS TRIPS TO THE MOON OR MARS WILL SOON TAKE UP QUITE FREQUENTLY.  PERHAPS THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PRISON ON THE MOON OR THE PLANET MARS OR PLUTO, SPECIFICALLY FOR THESE INDIVIDUALS WOULD BE NICE, THAT, WAY, THEY HAVE NO CONTACTS WITH ANYONE ON EARTH OR VIA INTERNET.


THAT IS A SUGGESTION FOR GOVERNMENTS ALL AROUND THE WORLD TO CONSIDER.

Most of your post was lost on me now because I do not  bother to read messages that in all upper case letters.  It's diffult reading and online all upper case letters are considered yelling and poor manners.  As for what I did get from your post I'll say that part of the problem is that we(here is the US) take so much time to try to "figure these monters out" and we try to rehabilatate them.  Some illnesses are just not rehabilatatable & IMO pedophela is one of them.  People such as this started long before the internet and the pornagraphy available here.  To me there is a HUGE difference between adults enjoying a naughty video that's somewhat instructional or adding a bit of spice and people watching children.  I alos enjoy sex and feel there's nothing wrong with adults in engaging in this too, but kids aren't in a place to give consent to such a thing even when the 15 yr. old *thinks* they are.  They are kids and for an adult to look to them is wrong.  There are several women now who've used young men, gotten preggers & now are married to them.  1 woman married her victim who fathered her child when he WAS 15 because then they cannot prosecute her apparently if they marry.  I'm sorry but this is just wrong and there's something wrong with the way these people are thinking and pornagraphy had nothing to do with that.   

  

Again I understand the idea that if we are able to figure out what makes them tick we could start to turn these wacko's around but if we could do that they would have to come for treatment just like an AA member or a smoker who's finally ready to quit.  It's true that many abusers were abused as children, but not all abused children grow up to abuse and that is in a sexual way or just physical abuse.  In trying to "figure them out" we give them the reasons for what they're doing  "I was abused," "It's like an addiction of smoking or drinking" and of course there's "I was exposed to so much porn on the computer I became desensitized".  They're adults and they know what they're doing is wrong and  they know they're victims are innocent children.  Frankly I think a chip is not telling enough when it comes to these monsters.  They should have tattos put on their forheads so we can all see right off what we're dealing with.   

  

Prior to Megans law & long before we all had the internet in our living rooms I had a neighbor that I was NOT comfortable with.  There were things I recognized about his personality around kids that he was a bit TO interested in kids (never their parents just the kids).  I'd a friend who was a nanny to a prosecuter in another county & so I had her relay all the things this person did that I noticed and he said "Tell your friend that she's describing the classic personality traits of a pedophile and that she's to be VERY careful of her kids around him.  It isn't if he will find a victim but when.".  It was here that this neighbor started to try to undermind me with my kids, which they do to distance the kid from parent so they can befriend the kid & make them feel they can't come to you or trust you (the parent).  I had to explain to my kids what this man was doing & "why" & I then gave them the lisence to be more than rude to this man.  Sadly I'd taught mine to respect adults & that's setting them up to be a victim so I had to undo this.  I told this to several neighbors in an attempt to alert them to watch their kids & there was only 1 that said "You just cannot go calling someone a pedophile without cause."  I told her "I'm not calling him anything.  I relayed what I've have witnessed with my own eyes of this man around OUR kids and it was the prosecuter for crimes against children that told me this traits are classic of a pedophile.  My warning to you is not to dirty his name but so you'll watch your kids closer around him.".  People do not want to think the nice guy next door could be a wacko like this but they can and ARE.  I don't care why they are the way they are I just want everyone to be able to recognize them when they see them!  It is not us that would be taking away their rights but rather they're giving away their rights when they are targeting innocent children. 

  

There are already many studies that have been done on pedophila to figure out what psychiatric treatment or counselling to deal with their illnesses is best and the pedophiles themselve have said after differnt treatments & counseling that they do not believe they could EVER be trusted and that the urge to reoffend is still there and just as strong as ever.  Tattooed and left on a island isn't the PC answer but it's certainly a safer answer than "psychiatric treatment or counselling to deal with their illnesses".  Of course living in a civilized country we house them, try to treat them more humainly than they've EVER treated their victims and of course unlike the pedophile to his victim we have empathy for them.  I consider myself to be a rational, loving and forgiving person, but when it comes to a pedophile all those qualities I just mentioned are just gone because the victims are just so innocent.

I TOO WAS OFTEN QUITE CONFUSED AND LOST IN READING MOST MESSAGES FROM OTHER COLLEAGUES THAT SEEM TO BE AWFULLY CRAPPY AND DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND. 

 

YOU ARE ENTITLE TO YOUR OPINION AND I GLAD THAT MESSAGE DESPITE BEING IN UPPER CASE HAS EVOKED A RESPONSE THAT I WAS HOPING FOR. 

 

As adults from your point of view, watching naughty videos as you put is O.K. and believe I have heard similar comments from people I knew about the distribution of pornography.  I once out of curiosity saw such naughty pictures in a public cinema at stage in my life when my self-esteem was very low and I been a victim of sexual abuse and so forth.  Believe it certainly made me very sick and totally disinterested in such nonsense, because it destroys every goodness or light in you.  It does something to your morale and self-esteem.  I totally disagree with you when you say that there is a huge difference between adults enjoying naughty videos to spice up their sex life then people watching children.  

 

As far as I am concern there is no difference.  From a Christian point of view, having your husbands and wifes watching full on naughty videos to spice up their lives, in my view, is encouraging adultery and the need to watch someone else engaging in sexual pleasures in order for you to get in the mood.  Why should you watch another man or woman engaging in sexual pleasure in order for you and your partner to get in the mood of things, when, you are both adults that have brilliant creative innovative minds to create pleasures for your own sex life or love making.  You may need some spice in your sex life, but, why pornography? 

 

My second has been excluded which actually includes this book by Anna Salter called "Predators: Pedophiles, Rapists, and Other Sex Offenders—Who They Are, How They Operate, and How We Can Protect Ourselves and Our Children"  

that may dispute your argument that these individuals cannot be rehabilitated.   

 

As for the tattoo idea not everyone is keen on such an idea.  Because in my religious belief, one of the golden rules, is that you cannot have tattoos and I am really not a fan of such a practice.  Further to this reply I want add the following: 

 

THESE SORTS OF TOPICS ARE PARTICULARLY TABOO ISSUES IN VERY CHRISTIAN BASED COMMUNITIES OR AMONG CHURCH GOERS.  OFTEN PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY ARE VERY SHY AND EMBARRASSED TO EVEN MENTION ANY VIEWS OR DISCUSSION ABOUT SUCH ISSUES FOR FEAR OF ALIENATION AND CRITICISM.
