I haven't heard from Sighing either and am concerned too. I did email her about a week ago and will give her a try again this week. It is almost time to start harvesting the seeds that I was going to send her so that she can grow herself some giant Sweet Peas. I don't have the link either, wish I did.

 

Picture my kiddies painting rocks and setting up a table at the end of the driveway to the cottage. They painted their rocks and then sold them to the other cottagers. It was very cute but at some point we had to bring them in, because all of our neighbors didn't feel like they could go out for the daily walks. LOL

 

I think any crafty things you do can only be good for you! So go on and paint those rocks. Glad to hear that your trip went well too. I am counting the days until we can take the kids to Kincardine. Looking out at that water is like waving goodbye to all of your problems for a while.

I'm sorry your daughter is going through a rough time. Please Cathy don't let the boards get to you. We will never all agree on topics and if we did we would be very boring people. It is the differences we share that can enlighten us into a new way of thinking and we can weigh out the pros and cons. Is your daughter on medication as you know some can cause teens to sink deeper in depression as the news has alerted us to this fact. I wonder Cathy do you share your experience with depression with her so she does not feel isolated. Also Cathy I believe you mentioned her being bullied in school it may be the closeness of school opening that is causing her some stress. Do you have charter schools there like we do with small classrooms to give her a smaller school and different environment. We've had many teens to come on the boards and talk about how hard it is in school. Many hugs Cathy and prayers for your daughter. I know how hard it is to see our children suffering and not have an answer.

Hi Cathy!

 

I am okay just in a funny sort of mood today because of all the stress and the bad dreams. I felt so sick last night but am doing so much better today because I am cuddling on the couch with my little ones. Don't worry about the tense feeling on the boards. Keep tried and true to your good wishes and good feelings and then everything will be okay here. There is so much we can't control Cathy, we just have to do our best.

 

I really need my coffee today too! LOL! I understand what you mean about not sleeping. It is the same with Keelie and all the kids really, when they are up we are up. Why do you think she is sliding backwards? and what is going on with you going back to work? When is that happening?

thanks beach,so sorry for losing labelfree as a friend i am broken hearted over that .My daughter is not to bad now but a dad night .haven't gone to bed yet myself that is!!!please this is not a pity me party for sure.I did lay down earlier after i got on here and left crying i couldn't stop.feeling a bit better now.My daughter and i do go for walks.malls lol there aren't any.My town consists of i large grocery store a post office ,church,and a couple of little convient stores very small town oh ya fire hall as well .lol anyhow we do walk on the beach that we have plenty of all around our island.our town consists of 850 people.lol so we all know each other well.Going for birthday cake?its not your b'day is it?like your quote also.take care beach.talk soon again .lots of luv.cathyblue blob
