Where are we going with that?  There is more misuse on the Internet then good.  It's pretty sad that a incredible tool like that is used for all the wrong reasons. If it is not Porn it is false accusations.

If you make false statement about a person, regardless where, you should be held accountable.

Of course Todd would be mad that he secrects got out, if they're true, that is.  Wouldn't you be?  Everyone has secrets.  The reason they are secrets is because they are personal and they don't want them to be public knowledge.  Todd didn't want to file the suit, he got a lawyer and tried to get her to just remove the comments from the site.  She refused and wanted the publicity out of it...which is exactly what she got.  Hopefully the judge in the case makes it so that real first and last names aren't allowed to be on there, whether it be the womens or the mens.  This way it wouldn't matter what was said, it could not be a considered a libel or slander case, which is what it's turning into.  If it was just his first name on there and not his last, then an employer wouldn't be able to google him, and he wouldn't have to be worried about his reputation.  I wonder what Tasha's husband thinks of all this?  I know my boyfriend is totally against her just by the way she's acting about the whole thing.  If she would've just taken the postings off it would've solved the problem and she wouldn't have lost any money at all over it.  That would've been the responsible, adult thing to do.
