I have to respond to myself here!  I just reread todays show info and it never did say what this DVD was called.  If it was so terrible or questionable how come we didn't get more info on it.  It was implied that it had females of questionable age on it but no one ever said what the findings were.  In my mother in laws eyes the movie  Porky's was porn but.......... guess that shows how everyone sees things differently.

But mostly I just want to say that there is a lot of speculation and comments made here in chat that I have gone back and reviewed todays show to verify and people.....................watch it again and again and again if needed before posting.

Why are you so convinced of Stacy's guilt? Just because one person is guilty of something doesn't mean that someone else is. It seems that to be guilty of pedophilia these days, you just have to be accused.

I work in Information Technology. One day, the FBI came to work and seized my co-worker's computer. Apparently, he was a suspected child pornographer and rapist. This computer was used by multiple people as it was owned by our company. So, "ownership of matieral" could have been difficult to prove. Nevertheless, they were able to use the material on the computer in their case.  Bravo FBI!

The point of my writing to you is this: Any files stored on the computer will have a date associated with them. If Stacy and her husband did not own the computer during the dates specified on the files, the files can not be used as evidence. This may be why the DA could not prosecute and also why (gasp!) Stacy's husband may be innocent! Wow...there's a thought...innocent until proven guilty.

Since you have posted here you must be reading this.  So a question to answer for us is....... "what does your obvious rage and hate toward your sister have to do with family violence"?

The one person who showed obvious signs of anger and hate was yourself.  You seem barely in control of your anger toward your sister, the DA, the Child and Family Service people, etc. as graphically shown when Dr. Phil read your venomous letter to the DA. 

In your campaign to ruin the lives of your sisters family what are you showing your family?  How to hate?  How to seek retribution?  How to persecute someone who has not been prosecuted according to your guidelines? 

It never said if you had children yourself Christy but I surely wonder if you do who is taking care of their needs both physical and mentally?  Who hugs them and holds them while you are out being the family martyr?  Who tells them sweet calming bedtime stories?  Do you rant about this type of family drama to them?  Do they see you in your pursuit of what you call the truth?  What are you teaching them with your behavior?

I am sad for you and hope you find the help you need soon before you loose more of the family than you have.

I do hope the truth comes out.

I would like to say that Christy seems to believe that Law Enforcement is inept. I think CPS does the best it can do and I feel it odd that multiple agencies would all fail like that at the same time. I was just shocked at her view point. I've always supported them. I know they make mistakes but based on today's show it seems to me that Christy is trying to create something that isnt there.

 What didn't come out on the show was:

What was the forensic evidence outcome? I heard a number of 20,000 images, but what were they? Why did that lead to the conclusions? Why, if they WERE of underage girls wouldn't Stacy want to know about it? If they weren't why would this be coming out?

Where were the older siblings? In cases of abuse, it is often a repeated offence. We had one emotional daughters support, but what about her older sister?
