Don't miss the first of a multi-part event so riveting, Dr. Phil needed three days to tell the whole story. Bonii, a desperate grandmother, sent Dr. Phil a video showing how her 3-year-old granddaughter, Kaylee, hysterically reacts when she returns from visits with her father, Jeremy. Bonii and her daughter Krista, Kaylee's mom, are accusing Jeremy of molesting Kaylee for the last year. Jeremy maintains his innocence, and says that Bonii and Krista are coaching Kaylee to say bad things about him. Both sides bring a video to prove their point. What does Dr. Phil think of the parents' actions? In a dramatic move, he calls a time-out during the middle of the show to have one-on-one conversations with each parent. Are Jeremy and Krista being honest with Dr. Phil? They agree to be put to the test. Dr. Phil vows to find out the truth, and make sure Kaylee has a safe home. Join the discussion and tell us what you think.

Find out what happened on the show.

He almost had me

I almost believed the Dad, until, Dr. Phil asked him about the birthday cake.  He said he didn't remember what happened and he was trying to recall the inicident.  If he was truly innocent he would have "HELL KNOW I DIDN"T TONGUE KISS MY DAUGHTER"

Shocking accusations

As a mother of 2 and the aunt of 22, I don't ever remember a circumstance where I ever changed a child's diaper IN THE BATHROOM of someone's home.  How bizarre is that in itself ? Is it not the norm to use a changing table, carpeted floor, bed, couch, etc ??  In addition, I believe that the mother had good intentions with her attempts to include this child's father in her daughters life, was not out to get him,  and ended up on the Dr. Phil show because the agencies who should have protected her daughter failed to do so.  Dr. Phil needs to wake up.  Child Protective Services are often understaffed and overworked. Several months ago a child died here (in NC) in the hands of his adoptive mother (who had 5+other young children) even though  there were reports that the child had bruises and welts after weekend visits and even though there were extended family willing and available to adopt this child but were strapped for finances.

Dr. Phil and Child Protective Services

I have to say that Dr. Phil and his statements about CPS is wrong, wrong, wrong. He pretty much called the mother a liar when she told him what CPS told her.

CPS is NOT God and they are NOT above lying.

When my own daughter was barely 2 yrs. old, she was stolen from me by her father. When she was returned 2 weeks later, she had 3 sets of bruises on her bottom, back and the backs of her legs. My first step was to pay the bastard a visit. He denied anything happening to her while she was with him.  I knew better because my daughter had told me, "Daddy whoop me." I'd left the no-good when I was pregnant with her because of his abuse, and I had many serious reservations about his visitation with her. It was court ordered that I allow her to go.  He later admitted to 'spanking' her because she'd wet her pants. For the record, I was in the middle of potty training her when he stole her, told her she'd see me in a few hours and ended up leaving town with her for 2 very long weeks.

After the confrontation with him where he denied anyone hitting her, I took her to my doctor. He did what he needed to do and then we were referred to Logan County Children's Services. I spoke with a caseworker there, I still remember her name, and as she took photos of the bruises she made remarks, saying "You can see she was hit here about a week ago, here about 3-4 days ago and here in the last day or so".

When it came time to go to court to stop visitation, Children's Services testified that they "found no evidence of physical abuse". So, Dr. Phil, I'd watch how much faith you put in those clowns. They're like everyone else and in my opinion, are only there for the paycheck.  Don't discount the mom's statements about what she was told by CPS. They may very well be true.

I am also in Ohio and totally agree with you

Dr. Phil,

I've said it before to you and I will say it again, Children's Services is a joke! If this young mother does not live in Mansfield, Ohio, then let me tell you that there are at least 2 Children's Services that do an incredibly poor job of protecting children. I would stand nose to nose with you and say it if that would help you to understand that.

I live in Fairfield County in Ohio and totally agree with you.  Our county has made headlines for doing nothing when they should and doing to much when they shouldn't.  Then we are asked to pass levies to give them more and more money, giving the impression that their poor performance is the communities fault for not voting "yes".

PS  Mansfield is a beautiful and peaceful town despite this issue!

I was molested as a child

I'm now 51.  It happened by a neighbor when I was ages 6 - 10. I am a cutter, although I haven't cut in awhile. I've been through therapy, DBT, ECT and numerous drugs. Despite everything, I guess I'm doing ok.  I didn't tell anyone until I was in my 40's.

11/03 Shocking Accusations

Quote From: pettlex

i would like to say to you first off dat i tink for you to ave d courage to write wat you did is great. For you to stand by your brother. For me my family are my world and id believe them until im proven otherwise. i do not have children but my partener has a 3 and a half year old. an tho im on d other side of the world to you i can say this is our world and this is happening in d world.

I can say children r easily influenced wich is wat kaylee's mother could be doing but im afraid d facts r unbelievably against your brother. My boyfrds daughters knows clearly right from wrong and i can guarentee you if kaylee was being told wat to say she would have told someone at some stage dat mammy told her to say these things.

My boyfriends child used to cry leaving her mother but would be fine 2 mins later and vise versa leaving her father. she wouldnt stay with anyone and kick up a fuss all d time. so all kids kick up a fuss but for your niece ta clearly point out d reason why so her to be so histerical over going to your brothers dats a huge concern. and ther is not one reason of how a child could end up in hospital with d damages she had from a fall or anything in dat matter and your brother is clearly trying to hide something.

Why i say dat is his statement in which he made to dr phil....... dat he would do d lie detector BUT ad ta be back in work d next day! oh please wat a sorry excuse do you think he would be so frustrated with those accusations made against him dat he wouldnt care bout work for 1 day ta prove his innocence?????? and even further dr phil sed he would have it done in his home town... why oh why would he hesitate at first and then come out with d fact dats hes a nervous person but shoot he'l do it............  no doesnt fix with me this man like the rest of us all over the world know dat your nerves can interact with a lie detector, dat tells me dats his excuse for failing it before he even did it.

Im a very nervous person believe me my nerves get d better of me but i know if i ad to sit a lie detector for something i was wrongly accused of i would not be nervous for one reason only coz id know im innocent and id want to pass. i for one hope and pray dat your brother is innocent for your nieces sake. im clearly sickend bout the whole thing but even tho d facts clearly r ther i will say dat mental abuse is also a fact in this case and i hope her mother hasnt been influencing her but it came from somewhere i hope for kaylee dat this is sorted sooner rather dan later coz dat child is suffering and you can see it. al d best and be strong for your niece shes d innocent 1 here.

I understand where you are coming from.  I would never think one of my siblings would do something like that either.  But then, I hear everyday about the shocking things that people do and without their families ever suspecting a thing.  I just hope and pray for this little girls sake, that it isn't true.  And that there is some sort of plot against Jeremy.  But it really isn't looking good at this point.  But I don't know him, and I don't know how he really processes information.  So again, I hope they get to the bottom of this and it isn't true.

This family has many issues

Even if you took the molestation allegations out of the picture - this entire family needs help.  This precious little girl is just being torn apart by the way ALL the adults are acting.  Thankfully, Dr Phil is involved and she will be able to get everything she needs to survive these parents.

I agree.  I was thinking the same thing.  I've never seen that either.  Let alone lock a door when changing a child.
Also he stated he was 21 when he started dating the mother and she was 14.  And was charged with it.  That in itself is child molestation.  So he already has a record for abuse.  Go figure why this is even being questioned.
