Your show today regarding the possible sex abuse the father is being accused of, transformed this old grandma back about 12 years ago. My son married a girl while he was in the Navy in CA. Her & her mother were and still are very sick. My son had two kids with this woman. This girl had no clue how to be an adult let alone wife & mother. At one point they moved to MN. They had two kids, boy and a girl. This gal & her mother accused my son of every crime you could think of to take any rights he had away from him. The game was to create a paper trail so they could remove his rights & return to CA. My son was buried in attorney fees within a year, ( trying to defend himself) & paying child support, I would never have believed a system could have operated so poorly for a father. Today’s show was like being warped back in time & watching my son being accused of things he did not do. I kid you not; this girl & her mother would even run the kids to the hospital for mosquito bits, calling it child abuse. Heaven forbid the kids should fall, which did happen once. We won't go there. But I thought then, as I do now, unfortunate that the father is presumed guilty until he proves his innocence. My ex- daughter-in law & her mother never paid any price for all the false allegations. My grandchildren are now 12 & 13 years old, living in CA. with their mother & other grandmother. They take the kids to a shrink twice a week, why is anyone's guess, as they appear to be normal kids to this grandma. Although I will say they seem to be quite manipulative. I have watched many of men walk the same path as my son did, with nothing to help them bear the financial burden that false allegations create. No one, including the Dr.s knew how to stop these women from the evil they were doing, so they did their business & left the state with the kids. I would never have believed these kinds of people really existed, I thought it only happened in the movies. My son is remarried has a wonderful 4 year old child now & there has never been a whisper of child abuse. The ex- in CA is still doing her accusations though, even though with the kid’s age, she doesn’t get much reaction from her false allegations. Turns out the ex & her mother are both bi-polar. The ex daughter in law had another baby by another MN man, lives in a three bedroom condo, collects SSI for her Bi-Polar. She collects support from all the dads & drives a brand new car, cutesy of her mother. We should all have such a life. I will be totally shocked if this young man on today’s show is doing this to his little girl. Why would a mother & daughter do this kind of thing is beyond my realm of knowledge, but I do know that it is not uncommon, but most young ladies don’t carry it to this extreme. I suppose they do it because the, “system”, allows it. It’s just a shame that the young men involved have to pay such a high price for others deviance. I also think there should be some tuff consequences for these folks who like to use their children like chess pieces, & in my almost 60 years I have never seen it happen. I might lose faith except I know there are still true ladies of character out there. Some folks need to get a life so they aren't causing so much trouble. Thanks for listening to this old grandma.
