I am hurt and afraid as I read your comments.

What do we do, how rampant is this? And who will fight for the children. There is a huge loop/escape hole present in today's system, and it is allowing our innocence to be destroyed, dirtied by sick, corrupt individuals. My daughter is facing this right now as we speak, how can she handle this, how can I read all of these  comments and not be disturbed by the inability of our laws to protect our children. They say, this system was set up to protect the man, in case someone fraudulantly lies on him. Well what about the innocent children, they can't speak for themselves, and when they get of age when they can, if it's under 5, then there is no credibility attached to there testimony. And as it is in my case, there's a double indemnity not only was she assaulted, but her assailent is suing me for custody. Never mind that he has violated her, there is no proof other than her mental condition. I took her to the hospital thank God there was no penetration. And God only knows what happened to her before she was old enough to talk. Her dad was so deceptive he camoflauged his deviant behavior in her childs play. He sang a song and then started rubbing her clothed (buttocks) against his Penis (or pee pee) as she calls it. The therapist appointed by the court, (the judge already stated -that he was looking out for the rights of the father) made a statement that, he, the father was just playing a game. But playing a game, rubbing a child back and forth between your legs up against your penis, is not the kind of game an innocent child should be involved in. And when I said he shoudn't have been playing with her around his genitals the therapist said, Well Santa sits people on his lap. If, that's the way the court system is thinking, no regards for the rights of the child, and certainly not what;s best for her, but rather the father's needs and request are being met, what are my daughter and I going to do. When my daughter is around him, she gets migraines, asthma attacks. She was at the therapist last Monday, when the show first aired. The therapist had her go over the incident with her dad in the room. He didn't ask her if she wanted to do this in front of him, he just told her to. She was in a total state,  she cried profusely, she bit her fingers all of them until you could see blood on each. She was so traumaized. And then, even though her dad violated her, she loves him, the therapist asked her to implicate her dad right then and there. That was pure torture. And while she was telling the story, her dad was allowed by this court appointed therapist to interject and tell "what really happened, and baby, it didn't happen like that, and oh you really don't remember". What the hell! What kind of blind justice is this? Somebody please help me.... I will lose my baby to a pedophile!

What is going on is a travesty, to America. I wish I could be just another person commenting on this situation. But I am in dire need of help! My daughter who was sexually molested by her father at 4, is suffering, along with all these other children. I had no idea how wide spread this problem is, and how many men are abusing these little girls (boys) and because of their ages the police, nor the CPS, are investigating. In our case, the prosecutor told me they can not prosecute a man for somethng a 3 or 4 year old said, especially if it's only one incident. So Dr. Phil, please tell me what to do? What do I tell my daughter? What do I do for her when she tosses and turns all night and in her sleep (while talking out loud, in her subconscious, she's telling her daddy that she doesn't want him to put her by his pee-pee.) She's in mental torment everytime he calls, and he calls constantly. We are going through a custody battle, he has sexually molested this child, and the courts, the therapist, all are aligning with the father, saying he has rights. He has rights to do what, sexually abuse a child, and then laugh at us for seeking justice, and laughing at the law too, because he's evidently above it. Please tell me Dr. Phil what should I do, my daughter and my life hinge on this. Our trial is set for Dec. 5th, he has already said that if he get's custody, he want let me see her. What have I done other than try to be an excellent mother to my baby. I can't be a perfect mother, because there is no such thing. But I will always attest to having her "BEST INTEREST AT HEART ALWAYS!

I thought that it was a racial issue, with my situation, maybe to some degree it is. But in watching your show, and looking at the message board, it really does look like an epedemic. If it weren't for this medium, your forum, most of us mothers would not know that it is as wide spread as it is. The worst part is a father can violate a child under 5, and the system will attach no credibility to her testimony, and in fact in my case the father was allowed to manipulate her testimony and get away with this. How many times must my child be victimized. How can this be? Please, please help me - us! Where do we go, and who can we talk to? Please don't let my daughter have to suffer more than she already has. Please don't let her be given to a child molesting father.... Please help her! Please help me!

I FEEL LIKE IM BACK IN MY OWN HELL AS A CHILD I KNOW WHAT THIS LITTLE GIRL IS FACING IN HER  FUTURE. BOTH PARENTS  SHOULD  BE JAILED ,, THE MOTHER  WAS TOLD  BY HER DAUGHTER  THEY WERE TOUCHING  HER  ... ANDTHIS LITTLE GIRL WAS SCARED TO DEATH TO GO WITH THE FATHER... GRANTED I THOUGHT  HE WAS TELLIN THE TRUTH . AND THE GRANDMOTHER  N DAUGHTER WERE  MAKIN FALSE HOODS AGAINST  HIM , AS I WATCHED THE SERIES WATCHIN HIS BODY LANGUAGE AND HE HAD TO THINK OF  IF HE PUT HIS TONGUE IN HIS DAUGHTERS  MOUTH  THERES A CLUE DUH  IM NO EXPERT  BUT  I AM A SURVIVER OF MOLESTATION. DR PHIL GET THIS LITTLE GIRL OUT OF THIS SITUATION SHE IS  OUR FUTURE ,, WE AS ADULTS HAVE TO DO  EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE HER CHILDHOOD HAPPY  NOT FULL OF THE PAIN  BOTH PARENTS  ARE PUTTING  THIS LITTLE GIRL  THROU .
