Don't miss the first of a multi-part event so riveting, Dr. Phil needed three days to tell the whole story. Bonii, a desperate grandmother, sent Dr. Phil a video showing how her 3-year-old granddaughter, Kaylee, hysterically reacts when she returns from visits with her father, Jeremy. Bonii and her daughter Krista, Kaylee's mom, are accusing Jeremy of molesting Kaylee for the last year. Jeremy maintains his innocence, and says that Bonii and Krista are coaching Kaylee to say bad things about him. Both sides bring a video to prove their point. What does Dr. Phil think of the parents' actions? In a dramatic move, he calls a time-out during the middle of the show to have one-on-one conversations with each parent. Are Jeremy and Krista being honest with Dr. Phil? They agree to be put to the test. Dr. Phil vows to find out the truth, and make sure Kaylee has a safe home. I'm not in a position to judge anyone, I am just thinking of this child right now and not the parents.  Why put her through all of this emotional turmoil?  My heart goes out to her.

Your daughter krista  obviously isnt very bright in the first place,#1 your 14 going out with a 21 you knew better #2 you have 2 or 3 other children and your not even mature menatlly enough to take care of yourself your not soo smart.. #3 use birth control, and #4 i wonder what kinda drama you put your other childrens father or fathers through! your making it a bigger thing it was , and i think you woman need to be watched for what your really doing?!

As for Jeremy, with the child's testimony, video, failed lie detector tests, and medical reports, I don't understand why he is not already jailed.

 

Both of these parents have issues and I understand Childrens Services are not there for the children, However, I don't see either one of these parents doing what is best for this child. This child should be removed from both of them and both of them should have to have supervised visitation until this issue is resolved and this child is made to feel whole again.

 

What is in the best interest of this child somehow seems to have gotten lost and who is lying and who is not seems to be the issue. This child's welfare should be the issue...NOT THE PARENTS.

First of all- As to why the Father is not in jail? We have something in this country called "Innocent until proven guilty in a COURT OF LAW" As much as I think the evidence shows this man is guilty and should not have access to his child, he is protected under our constituion just as you would be if someone accused you of something.

 

But what truly horrifies me about your post is your thinking this child should be removed from her Mother. What? I think she is doing everything she can to protect her child. The courts have failed Kaylee, not her Mother. This woman has other children, what would happen to them if she went to jail? And if she went to jail Kaylee would be sent to live with her Father for the duration. She has no choice but to pick the lessor of 2 evils.  I think this young Mother is doing the best she can under the circumstances. It is so easy to sit back and judge her and the actions she has chosen to take. If I believed my child was being molested by his or her father I would everything I could to protect him or her. I believe this was the intent of the billboard and flyers. They want to make sure no one else is hurt by this man and to do that they have to get the word out about what is happening.

Well, thankfully some of us have a whole lot more sense and love and respect then to allow this crap to happen within our marriages and family life. marriage is wonderful and I am in one of the greastest marriages around. Why is the mother being attacked????

First and foremost this young Mother believes her child is being molested. She passed her lie detector test and coperated with the hypnotism counselors. She reported her daughters claims to the appropriate people and has done everything she could to get help for Kaylee. There has been absolutely no accusations against her by anyone in this case that the Mother is not providing a good stable home for Kaylee. Give her a break! She has every reason to believe that her daughter is being molested. Can you imagine how you would feel if you were being forced to turn your child over to someone who was hurting her? Maybe in her fear and desperation she has taken things to the extreme........But who wouldn't? This is her baby for petes sake! So she passed out flyers and put up a public board. If Jeremy is guilty then shouldn't the public be warned? What if he does it to other little girls? Sexual preditors names and crimes are made public all the time. Why is Dr. Phil making such a big deal about this?  Yes there is the chance this man is innocent and he deserves his day in court. But until that time, and until the truth is revealed Kaylee should be protected. Attacking her Mother is certainly not going to help this little girl. All it does is make other Mothers afraid to come forward. What has she done other then try to expose what she believes is happening to her little girl??? Shame on Dr. Phil for not encouraging and applauding her efforts!
