I asked you for more...I did read your original story and quite frankly it didnt sit well with me.

For 2 months you ask people to read your story and they have and responded.  You need to get over it.  You seem to think that your story is so awful and you have been so injured but no one else sees it that way. 

 

The show is about an abused child not some viewer who claim he was unjustly accused for a brief time and yet complains that the woman (who he claims was not a romantic interest and he supported for the most part her and her kid he feels sorry for) moved out of his place without letting him know.

 

Most people have much harder things to deal with than your so called problem.  If you can't get over it on your own than go to a mental health clinic.  You have a problem and no one here can help

I have been watching the show, but we only saw the second one with the polygraph results today (24Jan2007) in South Africa.

I was just wondering if you looked into this thing of Kayle saying "They touched ..." and "please don't let them take me.."

Could it be that Jeremy's girlfriend takes part in the molestation?

Also I must agree with the polygraph results that he is lying.  His whole body language portrays it.  During the test he covers his nose, think about simple yes or no questions and giving long answers where he is just suppose to say yes or no!

That's all I wanted to say.  I would like to know what happened with these people.

I don't agree with Dr. Phil telling Krista he has a credibility problem with her because of what she said about CPS. I had child protective services here in Travis county Austin TX blow me off when my daughter was being molested and I needed medical care that only they could provide. My pediatrician was calling them, my daughter's psychologist was calling them, and they did nothing. My daughter and I never got the help or support we needed. In fact, one lazy caseworker quickly interviewed her in my home at 4 years old and concluded it wasn't enough of an outcry and that was it!! The policeman was telling me that "nothing happened" based on that one caseworker's interpretations of a short interview with a 4 year old. CPS does blow people off. My friend had a similar case that was blown off too. And the allegations were factual in both cases. Shame on you Dr Phil for telling Krista that. It is well known that CPS is largely understaffed and the turnover rate is very high and each caseworker has way too many cases.  

weird lies and deception case?/unfortunate turn of events
i made mistake by gettin to know woman for few months and then moving in w/ her mid aug 06 then her and her 5 y/o kid moved out begin of sept 06.  I had no idea why they all of a sudden moved.  I was shocked, upset, worried, and sick feelling because of it.  The woman had a few health issues but nothing that couldnt be helped in time.  I knew the girl had been molested last year in 05 but was told by mother that she was in counselling still because of it.  I was leary but still moved and they moved w/ me.  Though the girl was attaching herself too much tome (im 29 swm)  I knew the situation the girl and mother was in was not the best in the world.  They moved here to this area when the girl was molested last yr.  The mother quit her job from the previoius address /home area and everything t o move.  THe mother and daughter moved in w/ her dad and ugggghhhhhh gay lover in 2 bedroom apt.  The mother after month of chatting on line and se3eing each other was tempting me to  move, which i did eventually which was on ly 20mi from there dad's house.  SHe was not happy living w/ her dad and his lover.  To shorten this up here> me, mother and the kid lived only 2 weeks in apt 2bedroom. and i got home from 2nd job one sat and there stuff and they gone.   I knew nothing of the disappearance till bout month later till i got call from investigater.  From that point onward my life went downhill bc of attorney costs.  I spent $2000 already.  I have no idea how much more i have  to spend as this case forwards.  I got along w/ them good, i thought anyway.  See i work at a outpatient hosp setting as housekeeper -2nd shift 330=12 but the week prior to when the mother and kid left i was working till 3, 4am.  THe mother was upset i wwas always gone when she awake.  She bl amed me for fondling her kid..  I did everything i could for them.  I used 2 credit cards to buy stuff for them for things we needed prior to moving + i felt sorry for them not haveing certain things they needed due to mother not working due to health reasons. (that i thought would get better, NOT worse as time went on)  I was good for/to them all the time.  True-NOt home much after we moved in but wat weird is that by later sept 06 i did get off by12am and still am.   The mother did nt have her own car, which led to the isolation she felt by being at the apt all the time.  She claimed when moving in w/ each other that her child support checks would help us all out as far as financially.  I got a couple but not near the ammounts$$A$ i needed to s upport all of us.  So who knows why she *the mother  would blame me for this .   I did recently get the reports of wat child protection services claim the child said and was practically throwing up  afataer reading the mataerial.  i was so sickened to read it.  No charges were filed/applied because the mother claimed to DCFS she had no evidence, witnesses to back up her story.  MY fam, friends, and attorney are thinking that she told her kid to say that.   Three months later and im still upset over it all.  The mother might have done this to me also because she knew i didnt look at her in a sexual way and she did NOT like that (which she is used to from other guys shes dated in past)  I told my side of the story to my attorney from the accusations i got on paper from DCFS.   DCFS claimed the case closed 10/31/06.  Though since the attorned filed the appeal it opened up this matter agian somewhat.  An appeal may be necessary, but not sure till my attorney speaks the a judge bout my side of story on mon last mon in NOV 06.  who knows wat will happen.  I knew the kid had sexual issues but never would think in million years that the mother would use her kids' past against me in a twist of lies and deception.  I dread goin home every night knowing they once lived in the same apt i occupy now.  Of course cant afford to move due to unsuffiecient funds and lease isnt up till Aug 07 anyhow.  Thru the paperwork from DCFS i did get in mail i found out that the 5 y/o girl did have some sexual experience w/ another boy in 10/04.  I have no idea if she provoked the incident or the boy did.  During the entire time of i dating the mother though the girl was always trying to latch on to me like i was her real father or something.  She even started callen me "Daddy" even after a few days aftaer i met them.  Weird huh???   The girl would try sexual acts w/ me but failed every time, once i found out wat she was trying to attempt to do.   ONce she tried but failed to attempt to french kiss me.  I was shocked and the mother was told by me immediatly.  The mother knew her kid would prolly start acting lilke that w/ me and said "I'm taking care of it".  To me that meant she was taking the girl thru counseling.  Which she was doing.  The girl didnt see her biological father but wat =1 week every 2 months.  Thats not right.  The girl dont act sexual w/ him.  Though she tries to act like that with everyone she can get a chance too.   The girl wouldnt give up w/ me, she really liked me.  I was like "good", but your goin to far , you cant act like this w/ me , U KNOW THAT"!!  She didnt seem to ever listen.  Obviously, the counseling alone did not help her.   I find it sick that the mother would turn things around and use the girls' present and past problems to get even w/ me....still stresed about it...

After reading the transcript of wat the 5 yr old girl said it was all mixed up.  Stating some major false accusations.  In wat DCFS said they claim the girl was persistant w/ her story.  I dont think that tru.  SHe might of been consistant w/ wat she told them and said the same info to DCFS and other people time and time again when being interviewed.  Hard to explain all i know is that they both=the mother and daughter had mental/health issues and i got mixed up in the middle of it.  Unfortunatelyh i did anyway.  Going to court at the DCFS offices 2/22/07 and stating my story to judge.  Attorney believes I'll win my case 80%.  Especially dates that were wrong w/ the DCFS original material i have proof that when they moved out and where there and not.  THe mother will NOT win her case.  I will win.  With 30 pages of the original transcript of what the girl said she doesnt say nothin ' bout me till last few pages till the in terviewer actually comes out w/ my name and asks bout me.  Think about it dont u think if a girl was molested by someone u would think she would tell everyone she knows  here and there right away??  Course she would.  They wanted her to talk bout me but they reallly had to drag the info out of her to get that to happen.  LIKE the girl stating i locked her door prior to taking her clothes off and throwing them out the window.  Come on that didnt happen.  Ever sincie i lived in this apt since 8/06 that secondary bedroom window never locked.  EVER!!  She ltying big time.  My original story is on 11/3 shocking accusations case title mine is  later 11/06 =weird lies and deception case.   Any tips , suggestions, questions...let me know ..ty...jason from IL

hey how it goion?  No havent been yet.  Going 2/22 9am.  Read transcript of what the 5 y/o girl claimed happened last week and discussed the inaccuracies w/ attorney few days ago.  I find it weird/odd that my original DCFS paperwork states that the girl is consistent w/ her story.  Though the original transcript of wat exactly came out of her mouth that was stated 4days after they moved out on me was different.  NOT totally but different.  My attorney clailms ill win my case 80%.   As long as i stick to my story and DO NOt change it or add anything to it ill be fine.  The original police report i even got states that the girl didnt say anything the mother had to speak to police for her bout the false allegations.  Dont u think if someone did something to her once or ongoing that she would be all upset and tell everyone in sight bout it?  The paperwork/transcript from 9/6/06 stated that i came home and knocked on the door of the bedroom she was in and didn t get response.  She claimed that id bust the door down, then fix it and lock it..  What the hell that abouit??  That door is still to this day in fine shape and on hinges.  Also the door doesn t even lock. (and have proof it doesnt) It closes and the knob turns like it will lock but u can pull it which makes it not.  Sorry , hard to explailn that.   Never has worked to this day.  She/the girl said that on one page of the transcript say id come in and feel her and she wake up.  Then she said she just go back to sleep.  Then another page said she wake up and let me take her clothes off and threw them out window.  OMG, please -i didnt do any of that crap.  I worked late hours during the mid -late aug 06.  Plus i wouldnt do that to a child, its sick, disgusting behaviour.  I KNOW its wrong.  She claimed she hated me bc she knew i hated her back./??   Well the 2nd of sept 06 she didn t bc when i called the mothers' phone from work on my break and talked to the mother the girl in background asked who her mom was talken to.  When the mother said me the girl said something on the lines of "hey jason, miss/love u" someting like that.  So i know sometime betwee taht day and the day the did the interview w/ the girl on the 6th  i knew in that time frame the mother put TONS of negative info..in that girls' head..  That jsut wrong i tell you.  It make me upset that that lil girl upsets me.  It angers me that the mother did that to her.  My counselor that i been goin to recently like 2x a month claim i cant seeme to get over the accusateions they make against me.  Or should i say her-"THE MOTHER"!  THe counselor claimed i have symptoms of PTSD=POST traumatic stress Disorder.  I agreed.  I had most if not all the symptoms.  The mother told the girl that the cops came to get me which never came to be.  IM NOT fond of people that lie!!  ITS more irritating to me when adults whom are suppose to be responsible (the mom was not that)  will and do lie to there chilldren.  Whats sad bc of how naive children are at that age they always believe everyone till told different.  THATS so sad!  Hard to get over this this situation is..   Whats worse bc of my living and work status im mostly all alone. (NOT by chance) i live alone and work that way too.  Hard to change that.  Hard to get thru this event w/ out brooding bout it constantly.  The transcript even said which was everyting the lil girl said.  SHe said that her mom and her gran dpa (whom lived together prior to moving w/ me) beat her w/ a rope and tie which she prolly mistaken for a belt.  Ive witnessed some of that b4 we 3 all moved in w/ ea other prior to  8/19/06.  They wouldnt do it in front me but would take her to like the bedroom to do it and i would hear that girl cry out in agony.  Id love to show that transcript to South Dakota CPS and try to get the mother in trouble for violent abuse.  Its not llike i wouldn t have the proof.  I have it in black and white that this 5 yr old child claims that her mother and grandfather in past beat her from time to time.  what u think on taht?? any ideas , suggestions, commetns for me at all??  The mother knew she couldnt mooch of me so she make false accusations bout me and moved in w/ her mom in SD.  How sad is that ?  Who knows if that girl is being treated right w/ 2 women raising her out there.  If that girl lives w/ her mom then if she does something wrong at all she might fear being beat?? who knows. ITs really out of my hands now.  What u think abouit all this??
