OK I have several concerns... First of all WHAT THE HECK WAS BONI THINKING WHEN HER 14 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS INVOLVED WITH A 22 YEAR OLD MAN ..... IF ANYTHING GO AFTER HIM FOR STATUTORY RAPE..... And second I believe that if he was touching her vagina or putting his penis inside ...Don't you think that a Dr. ( especially an OBGYN DR. ) would be able to see that her vagina was stretched .. I mean come on lets face reality people... An adult male penis on average is 5-7 inches in length and about 2 -4 inches in diameter.. I think that someone would be able to see her little private parts stretched out some what............ I think that Krista and Boni Just don't want the father to be able to have a relationship with His daughter... I know several people that are like that and they just want him out of their life.... I am not saying that he is not guilty.. or guilty.. But I believe that even his finger someone would be able to tell other than it being " just red"... ANd the thing about the mother NOT taking her to the ER is a concern as well .  If a child's pants rub her diaper and the diaper rubs her vagina the wrong way then her vagina may become red or if she has been wet for a long period of time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I totally agree with you. I can't understand what these people are thinking. It is obvious that there is no one that is going to try to help that child but her mother. The father is a worthless child molesting sleezball that needs to be put six feet under. You can tell in his face and his BS lies he has been telling on the show that he is guilty of the accused. I can't believe he still has the audacity to try and take this women to court to fight her for custody. It is obvious that if he would sleep with the child's mother when she was only 14 that he doesn't have very high morals and just for that should have been put under the jail. It is obvious that the only option this women has left to protect her child is to get out and make sure she is never found. Take that child as far from that freak of nature as possible and make sure he never finds them.

As for CPS it doesn't even suprise me that they would push this issue aside as easily as they have. They not only have done it to her they have done it to me as well. Their investigations go as far as sitting there asking the person being accused what it is that is going on and if they don't tell the truth it doesn't matter because in order to get something done you have to have proof and I doubt he is dumb enough to do these things in front of the people doing the investigation. If it was that easy then maybe there wouldn't be so many children being abused. The only way they care is if someone ends up dead. If it does come out that the child is being abused by the father then they will probably want to hold the mother responsible as well since she knows its going on and hasn't done anything to stop it. The fact that she has tried is going to be irrelivant because they are not going to want the blame placed at their feet since she did come to them a number of times to report this matter. So of course when it is found to be true she is going to be the one to blame for not listening to "the warning signs" LMAO. The government has went straight to hell and their taking this whole country with them. I hate that I have had children that are going to have to live in this dispicable world once I am gone and can no longer be there to protect them. "The land of opportunity" Yeah they got that right the opportunity for some nutcase to be handed a small defenseless child to do with as he wishes. I personally feel that if it comes to light that this freak is doing something to that child EVERYONE that the mother has went to for help and been turned away should get to spend time with him in prison. Seems fair to me. Personally I think he should get a life sentence with death by lethal injection but since this country seems to condone child molesters I don't see that happening anytime soon. Too Bad! I'd love to be there to watch.

Any parent worth their salt would be willing to do anything for their child.  If this meant supervised visits, video cameras....anything.  If a parent is truly innocent, nothing would be too much to do for your child.  Jeremy would have the satisfaction of jumping through all of his ex's hoops and then proving her wrong.  Since he is unwilling to do anything that is suggested, suggests to me that many secrets are being hidden.  I want to believe in all my heart that nothing is happening, but actions are speaking volumes.  If I was Kaylee's mother, I  would be doing everything I possibly could to be heard.  Shouting from the roof-tops if I had to.  Jeremy asked today what would happen to his daughter when she turns 18 and find out her mother was picketing the court house.  Atleast she will know her mother was fighting for her and not hurting her.  When she turns 18 and nothing has been done to help her, she will needs a life-time of counciling to even begin to lead a productive life.  I know, I have a grand-daughter that suffered extreme abuse, sexual, physical and mental and will never be right or live up to the potenial she could have had if help could have gotten to her sooner.  My heart is broken for this lovely child. 

Give me a break and get real as Doc always like to say.   I am the type that wants 100% proof befor I grab a torch and a pitch fork and be come a sub human who thinks every thing they see with out knowing all the facts are right.   your types make me sick.

What about the torn labia or the red vagina stretched out?  That isn't physical evidence?  I am not saying one way or another, but as a mother who has been throught a similar situation in the same state, you have to do all you can to protect your children.  You are the only one that can.  At least he should have supervised visitation. 

i seriuosly doubt God would be able to vouch for jeremy,,,  But of course His words would be the Truth,  Good luck with that!

 There is no question "What if he is guilty" EVERYONE THINKS HE IS WITHOUT PROPER EVIDENCE.
Erring on the side of caution has some merit, but then I say get Kaylee away from the 2 women who may be making false accusations because if they are, then they are equally disturbed.
I just think a professional would be able to tell quite alot from Kaylees behavior (not just by the words her mom/grandma has her parroting) if she had some regular sessions. If she had been abused by this man I seriously think a psychologist could find out.
Why do you think children's services doesn't think there is a case? They can be sued if they're negligent. They're overworked and probably not as vigilant as we'd like, but I doubt they'd allow blatant abuse to go on.

Whether Jeremy, in the viewers' opinion, is guilty or not is essentially irrelevant.  What is significant, however, is the fact that it appears there may be fowl play on the parts of the court, police, CPS, etc.  Apparently, "the system" is failing this family, who sincerely and desperately needs help.  What I would like to know, is how we as viewers can become activists in order to ensure that this family gains access to a fair and speedy trial.  Where is this case occurring?  Who can we write--senators, congressmen, professional organizations, etc?  In this way, we can all be productive and find an outlet for the feelings evoked by this family and their sad situation.
