Topic : 11/28 Jeremy Returns

I cannot believe that anyone would let this go. Dr. Phil keeps saying that CPS always tries their best, but I personally have witnessed CPS ignoring the fact that a child was molested. It was 7 year old girl who cried to CPS and told them what had been done to her while being left with her step father and still they said there was no evidence. Now finallt the child is out of the house, but not before serious things happened to her.

Kaylee is stuck in the middle of all this mess and frankly I think that the mom and grandmother are doing more harm than good. Krista is being ran by her mother and Bonnie is just out for revenge for Jeremy. I can understand the frustration, but she is not doing anything good. If she already has a reputation with the city, then she must be doing something wrong. I would hope that she would just stop and look at this in Kaylees eyes rather than hers.

The father is guilty and it is written all over him. He acts so smugg, and he knows that he is beating the system, and he loves it. Of course Kaylee didn't come home saying anything, he's trying to behave for a while. I don't know I just think that they are all acting stupid and need to think about Kaylee.

Dear Dr Phil

Please, I am begging you, stay involved with this family.  In 1990, in Spirit Lake Iowa near here, a little girl was murdered by her mother.  It was horrifing, as DHS was told numerous times by various agencies that the abuse was taking place, and blamed over burdened case workers when the child was murdered.  There is way to much information on this case to include here, but if you or someone from your staff could take a few minutes and research the case of little Shelby Duis from Spirit Lake Iowa, they will then find out that DHS or CPS as it is called in this case does drop the ball.  The murder of this little girl, and the fact that the mothers boyfriend was let free, when it was obvious to all involved that he was guilty as sin.  I know that these agencies try, but they do fail to protect a lot of the children.  It is hideous that even for a moment, a state agency isn's at the very least forcing supervised visitation, wether Jeremy is guilty or innocent, until the entire truth be known.  I mean, does this child have to be damaged beyond repair before they step in and do some real investigating?  I pray to God that it does not take Kaylees death before someone steps in and stops the abuse.  The mother and grandmother may be able to put words in the childs mouth, but they cannot fake a torn labia and the other medical evidence this child has had.  To Kaylees Mom and Grandmom, The three of you are in my prayers. 

What about Jeremy failing two tests and lying on stage and even lying that he passed the test and did not and he lied and said he was hypotised and was never able to be hypnotised. 

You are judging and criticise others for forming an opinion.  Get real and don't just decide the father must be innocent and the mother bad. 

For you to feel their isn't enough evidence is one thing and to feel he is innocent is your opinion but to make accusations as to the mother just making things up to get back at him is foolish.  Get back for what? 

They could have insisted he be jailed for raping the mother instead of just contributing to the delinquecy of a minor and could have had his parental rights severed for abandonment and did not so why would they risk losing the child and cost them so much money in legal fees?

Jeremy volunteered to go on tv and subjected himself to people forming opinions as did Bonjii and Krista. 

It's a mess and while we all do have our opinions even if it one of not being sure, we can all hope and pray that the truth is soon realized and the proper things happen for all involved.  They all need to have a life apart from this tragedy.

Why does it seem to me that Dr. Phil is always looking tward the mom and grandma, and asking why they are doing some of the things they are doing??  I would be looking that child molesting Jeremy in the eye and grilling him until he confessed. I have watched all the episodes about Kaylee. The poor kid is being abused and it seems there is nothing that can be done. It would take every bit of willpower I had not to pull over and beat this guy if I ever saw him on the street. I knew he was guilty the first time I heard him open his mouth. Dr. Phil has to know that this guy is NO GOOD. MAybe they need to hire a private investigator to bug Jeremy's house with hidden cameras......who knows. Just get that kid away from him!!!

Todays show really makes me upset. Poor Kaylee has been through so much.  First I am going to say that I don't know what is really happening with Kaylee. Having said that I agree with the courts and CPA, He is not a threat to Kaylee. This is one big custody battle. Jeremy's wife is acting like a child. She is just making the whole situation worse. The wife should be ashamed of herself. I also think Jeremy's wife is coaching Kaylee. I feel really bad for Jeremy, he is trying to move on and the wife won't put a period and move on. I think Jeremy as a father has the right to have unsupervised visitation. A judge in a court of law already ruled this. This is an awful situation and everybody needs to move on. As the show progressed today, the more Jeremy looked innocent. On the other side of the coin, I do agree with Dr. Phil. Dr. Phil is not accusing Jeremy of doing this, but Dr. Phil has some concerns. I think everybody needs to sit down the professionals, including Jeremy. Jeremy said on the show, that he wants to be separate, he doesn't want to be in the same room with his daughter when being counseled. I don't blame him. That is all from me. I do want to tell Dr. Phil that he has a great show and I do think he really does want to help people. Its Genuine. Thats All.
